Tonight I had the best experience with a pizza company in a long time. Tim was more than helpful and accommodating and the food was delivered hot and was wonderful. Long story short I was willing to cancel my order due to it being assigned to DoorDash (who I’ve had issues with in the past and I’m not willing to use their services) and Tim went above and beyond to make sure that he personally delivered my order. I’m not a fan of Pizza Hut’s recent decision to work with DoorDash, but I’m thankful that Tim was there to overcome that objection and help me out. Thanks again so much!

I am beyond words as to how angry I am about ordering a “Pepperoni Lovers” pizza here… it barely looks like a one topping and they lie about having layers between cheese. I even asked if I needed to add more to insure it was covered. 6-8 slices of pepperoni per slice on a Large Pan. What do I need to do to even get close to what they depict? Their images of single toppings look like more than this! This is maybe a Pepperoni Likers… COVER IT! Compare to what’s on the site…

Im not sure what the issue is but the employees are so rude. Its not hard to create a welcoming environment for customers but when i come to this restaurant i feel like i am not wanted at all, and not just me, ive seen the attitude with multiple customers while i wait as well. These employees cant even fake a smile when you walk in the door. Don’t waste your time coming to this location.

3 Stars – Food Was Good, But the Service Needs Serious Work
I came into Pizza Hut around 8:30 PM. There was a girl at the register, and when I asked about any specials, she said she didn’t know and walked away. A few minutes later, a guy came up and told me it “depends on what I want to order.” Not exactly helpful.
While I was there—and even after I left—the employees were openly arguing about a $150 delivery order mistake. Apparently, they were going to waste the food, which was incredibly unprofessional to witness as a customer standing right there.
The guy who eventually took my order told me it would be “about 15 minutes.” I would’ve appreciated more honesty, as it ended up taking closer to 30 minutes. Half of my order was cold when I finally got it, and I had to reheat it at home.
The most concerning part was listening to the back-and-forth between employees about whether to toss the $150 worth of food or just throw it in the warmer and give it to the customer if they called back. One employee even said, “If they wanted better service, corporate should train us better.” Not something you want to hear when you’re waiting for your food.
It’s clear they prioritize online orders, even though there’s no drive-thru and it’s strictly a takeout location. First come, first serve should still matter. The guy who took my order was decent, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. I’ve been a regular, but now I think I’ll be calling ahead—or maybe just rethinking going at all.

The service is always great at this location and the food is always good but tonight I’m leaving a review because tonight the food looked AMAZING! The perfect amount of toppings, the bacon wasn’t all fat, it was actually pieces of bacon, the pepperoni pizza had more than 10 slices of pepperoni, perfect cheese and baked to perfection. I know I sound like a commercial but Seriously the food was as great as it looks in the commercial. I don’t know who was making the pizzas tonight, but BRAVO! This was seriously an unstoppable performance. To think it all started with my wife saying she wanted wings and Ice cream, I’m so happy I picked up a few pies with her wings. Thanks again guys! Keep being amazing!

Just stopped in during my lunch break and was greeted by the General Manager, who was not happy that I hadn’t ordered ahead. When he asked what I wanted I looked around for a menu but all I saw was an advertisement in the front door, a rapidly changing message board with advertisements but no product listings or descriptions. When I asked if he had a menu he pointed to the door “there’s a menu”, then pointed to the message board “there’s a menu” then proceeded to pull out an ACTUAL menu from behind the counter and slap it down “and there’s a menu”.
Never mind. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’m sorry that you have to deal with customers at your customer service job.

Edit: I emailed emeraldcitypizza as requested below, on 11/1, and no surprise, they’ve not responded. They come in here to make themselves look good and then ignore the email when we do as they asked.
We ordered two dinner boxes. The “cupped” pepperoni was left off of my pizza which made the meat balance off and disappointing. Neither of the pizzas (two $15.99 dinner boxes) was cooked all the way. Very doughy, floppy, and the sauce was very drippy. I put two pieces into my air fryer for 10 minutes and it still wasn’t fully done whereas typically 10 minutes would be too long.

Literally sent my husband 10 minutes ago to grab a late dinner. He was given the wrong order and my card charged almost $80. He heads back inside to let them know it’s the wrong order and he was over charged by $50+ Dollars. By the time they were done my card had been charged for over $102 and told it’ll be back in a few hours.. excuse me?? How do you mess up by giving the wrong order especially when your pick up screen at the time ONLY had my name and one other? Especially, when the name isn’t nowhere near similar sounding? But, here is the kicker whoever good we received their food was placed back in the warmer!!! ICKKK!! This is definitely isn’t okay or remotely sanitary. After ordering from this place 2-3 times a week for the last 4 years I definitely think this takes the cake!! Thank goodness I didn’t need my money for gas or medicine after picking up a late dinner.. smh DO BETTER ..
