I am done. 3 times over the last year I have ordered carry out. All 3 times I have been standing for 15 to 20 minutes while 1 or 2 people are in the back. There is never anyone in the front to help customers. Each time they were at least 20 to 30 minutes late with my order (which were pre scheduled hours before).
Today I show up and after 20 minutes a man finally came out of the back to say my order was not even started. It was not his fault. The owners scheduled only him and no one else. Never going back to this store. This franchise owner needs to properly staff. Quit trying to cheap out on the labor.

Order food 3 hours ago. Still no delivery. Called got hung up on 2 times! Finally got a hold of somw one and they were waiting on a driverand food was ready…. an hour ago.. NEVER buy here again. Feeding my kids something else for the night. THANKS!

The GM was in the restroom. Should have got his name. Dude flushed the toilet 5 times. Idknwhy but use your imagination.
Apparently my order was canceled an hour before I arrived. No one called me to tell me. They couldn’t hande a 2 pizza and wings order… he was “catching up on phone calls” an hour after they needed to be made. The store was dead. No one there. No pizzas being made but had to cancel my order?!. Contacting corporate to solve these problems. Seems I’m not the only one looking at these reviews.
Ended up at McDonald’s for quick food.

I liked it. Bigger than I thought. Taste exceeded my expectations. Cashier gave me military discount as well.
The times I have come here, the staff has always been friendly. And the place is clean.
I think Pizza Hut’s pizza is an upgrade over Domino’s. They both have a large one-topping for about ten dollars. I think Pizza Hut taste significantly better.

I got a gift card for Christmas that they wouldn’t let me use. Food quality has gone down significantly while prices are still going up. At this point I can get the same pizza for cheaper from little Caesars. Shout out LC.

Got a raw pizza took it back and the worker inspected the pizza as if I was would lie about a pizza not being cooked, he offered to remake the pizza but when I asked him to remake my other items (wings and breadsticks, which I brought everything back whole to store) he said he couldn’t and that only the pizza was messed up, so I explained to him that because of the error of the pizza and the trip back to the store from my home had caused everything to be cold and I hadn’t even eaten a thing, so it should be common courtesy to remake everything for his own error and he said he could not. Obviously I asked for my money back in which he replied “I can’t do it till tomorrow morning since that’s when the manager comes”. Not only could I not get my food, but I also couldn’t get my money back. As a person who personally has run food establishments before, the way to resolve this would have been to simply remake everything out of courtesy for giving undercooked food to a customer. Was not helped in anyway, shape, or form. I called store multiple times calls end up at some call center out of USA asked to be transferred to store many times, calls always dropped. Super unsatisfactory behavior, will be reporting to health department, AGO, and possibly lawyer.

They got our order wrong. We called and got an outsourced phone service from India. Literally what? Then stayed on hold for 20 mins waiting to get service. I don’t understand at all why everything – including delivery – is outsourced at this store. What an awful, awful experience.

Really dislike writing these. This was standout and haven’t been back since. For the record over the years the food has always been good and up to par here.
The last time they did me dirty and haven’t been back since. I’ve online ordered a bunch at this location with zero issue. I’ve always pre paid online. Usually I walk in say my name, and they hand me my order. Done.
Last time the worker at the counter hit me with the “ask you a few questions BS” and I said ‘I already paid’. He insisted and I said no I’m not doing that I paid. He said I have to. So I did and hit “no tip” of course. I’m not tipping you to hand me your pizza when I drove out of my way at $5 a gallon.
As if that is not bad enough, the workers then served 2 guests online orders before me when the screen said mine was ready. Then the worker said somehting along the lines of “oops looks like yours slipped by me” when it was in the over warmer the entire time I was there…. 10 minutes waiting. I purposely did to see what they would pull. Then I said ‘you did that on purpose and walked out’.
You shouldn’t be promoting for tips on a pre paid online order. It’s total BS. It’s NEVER happened before in the many times I’ve ordered. I also should not be PUNISHED for not tipping on pickup for you handing me some boxes. Get it together. I doubt I’ll be back now. Domino’s does carside for free and no tip BS.
