I called them multiple times and once I told them why I was calling, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes each time. I never got a refund, a replacement or even just an apology. Really starting not to like pizza hut any more . Especially when they keep screwing up your orders. And it’s a crying shame when your house keeper knows who are the ones who run that pizza hut and knows that the idiot they have making the pizza has no idea what they are doing. Every time I order a hand tossed pizza I get a “PAPER” thin crust pizza and not thin crust . It’s so thin you need a spatula to lift it but it has the edge crust. SMH. They never pay attention to the change on the topping if they are added or deleted or extra. And that pizza melt . So it’s shows it’s supposed to be bigger than your hand on TV but when you get it it’s actually half that size so no it does not feed 2 people unless they are 2 small kids. My kids looked a me crazy like where’s the hell is there other one at. Lol. I have small hands and it was smaller than my hand.
