Zero customer service, they failed to fill my order as I ordered it, I called, was put on hold and waited for 20 minutes before I had to just go down there and force them to make it, were likely hoping I would just hang up and they could pocket it. They said they were “busy” but last time I checked, if you can’t take 20 seconds to take a phonecall for something YOU messed up, then you probably shouldnt be manager because you clearly can’t manage. Not to mention they use door dash for delivery so there was no hope of it being even like warm by the time it got to me.

I was told my online order was ready. When I walked in they said it would be a few minutes. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order before they asked me the name on it again. When I told them the name, they pulled it out of the holding hot box, it had been ready the whole time. I also watched the guy working the register wipe his nose and continue making a hawaiian pizza without washing his hands and with no gloves on.

We’ve ordered from Pizza Hut a handful of times and it’s never been good. The pizza is never right, always missing something and undercooked. The pizza also has no flavor and is overall just a huge waste of money. Also the wings never have enough sauce.

12/7 Manager Keith contacted me. He was VERY nice and remedied the situation. I have confidence in taking this first order as a 1 off and will order again. 12/7. I NEED TO APOLOGIZE for a previous update. My fat fingers typed a wrong number! I have since been contacted and will provide a new update after resolution.
Ordered a meat lovers and a bbq chicken. Atleast the meat lovers had meat. As you can see we were lucky to get any chicken on the bbq pizza. They both tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. Restaurant is only 10 min from me so why were the pizzas cold cardboard? So sad first time ordering from this pizza hut. Atleast the delivery driver was nice.

I placed an order a couple weeks and it took seventy seven minutes before they started delivering it. They called me and Apologize that it had not left the story yet. I HAD NOT COMPLAINED! Then they said they would give me a twenty dollar credit on my next order. Pizza arrived cold! I placed an order and I called to make sure that my credit was applied. They acted like I was lying And trying to steal pizza. So I canceled the order. They were rude. They try calling me back later Apologizing saying they saw the mistake they made in the computer. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated. They can keep their free pizza. I will go somewhere else. This place is not professional at all.

Ordered pick up large pizza stuffed crust and one of the new sandwich canzone looking things it was like eating card board so extra crispy it was awful. Also the sauces for 90 cents where the tiny cups with 2tsp of sauce absolute rip off. Tired of ordering food from restaurants and they act as if it’s your fault with any complaints. We pay enough for food it would be great to be able to eat it

Wowzers…. I came in to order something in person since I’m not from the area and was told to wait.
I had looked at their hand dandy convenient menus, in which after about a couple of minutes I decided what I was craving.
Until apparently the only 1 cashier on staff this side of the Mississippi could take my order.
There were like 6 workers visibly present and I guess not 1 of them qualified enough to take orders.
Not sure if it was the tint of my skin from what I could notice about all workers and the one customer behind me.
I’m sure he got his order and was on his way with his dinner in 2 lickities of a split.
Anywho…. Very disappointed in this interaction.
I’m sure this never happens to anyone else with a tint of color to their skin. ( ;
Just an observation for my short interaction at this location.
