Very chill, I like the updated interior. I remember going there when I was a kid back in the 90’s. I’m glad to see they still have a dining room. Most of the other Pizza Huts don’t have a place to sit and eat anymore, its a real shame.

We have taken note of the dining area lack of cleansiness. The carpet is in need of a good shampooing. The tables need to be sanitized along with the seats on a regular basis. But again I agree with the other customers that it’s due to the lack of staffing.
Suggesting adding an additional person.Just to upkeep the front area.Dining room would really improve on decision making of people staying in to dine. As this has been a discussion amongst friends and family.

I’ve always received decent service and pizza here. Wish they would restore the dining room to the old 90s decor to get that nostalgia feel when dining in. They have destination Pizza huts in the Midwest and east coast why not here.

Wow, it has been a while (10 years plus) since I’ve been in here and it looks really nice! Although, I do miss the salad bar . As for the food, it seemed ok! The restroom was not ok – trashy! Thank goodness, I am not there for just the restroom facilities! As for the food— it was REALLY REALLY GOOD! I would have given it a five stars but the restroom needed attention!

What ever happen to customer service????Ordered on online app. Typically I don’t complain however I’m shocked as far as the customer service goes…the melts were burned and they forgot my Pepsi. I called to address my concerns and she tried to charge me $20 bucks more than the $35 I’ve already spent for a medium 1 topping pizza. I threw away the cheese pizza and melts and will chalk this up in the loss column. Lesson learned.

Used an app to deliver a $60 order, order never showed up, driver called, said the store wouldn’t give them the food, I called the store to see what I can do, they answered the phone sounding like they had a sock in their mouth, placed me on hold for 2 mins then hung up. I messaged the driver again, he was waiting at the store but they wouldn’t not fulfill the order, no reason given. Sad service and this isn’t the first time. In store activity was trash too..it’s ok plenty of better options around town.

This was in Bremerton Washington State and my wife and I are from Alabama. So the people there trying to figure out what we’re saying is kinda funny. But they were great and the food was fast and hot coming out. Terrific place to go if you want a great pizza.

I’ve been craving pizza hut for a while. I finally decided to order from here despite all the negative reviews. I should have listened. The pizza was underwhelming and awful. Store bought Red Baron pizza is better than this place. Also, the toppings were minimal. It’s 10 pepperoni per large pizza. On a brighter note the veggie pasta was better than the Rock’s pasta.
