I usually order from the Lincoln street store but today they were closed. So unfortunately I had to order from this store. Ordered no problem, but when I called to let them know my pizza wasn’t made with LIGHT SAUCE the man on the phone argued with me, blamed me and never offered ANY help or even a sorry. I will NEVER be ordering from this location again and I am emailing corporate for your horrible customer service! I never complain about anything but to just not apologize and blame me when everything I did was correct!

After waiting more than 10 minutes in the lobby for an employee to come to the front after calling out twice for an employee, another person came in and said “hello” towards the back and a female with multicolored hair, both arms covered in tattoos and most of her face covered in metal (all of which is completely fine, description is to recognize the employee I’m speaking of), walked up to the front with an absurdly wild attitude; like we were disturbing her beyond belief, with a disrespectful tone. I had to bite my tongue so I didn’t lose it on this girl, which may have caused the already bad experience worse. Maybe a manager should watch the cameras and offer some retraining on customer service because this girl is completely clueless! Maybe a bad day for her? Doesn’t matter, don’t work in a position that directly involves paying customers! Without consequences, things don’t change!

Ordered a (very overpriced) pizza on the app and was given a delivery time. After 40ish minutes past the estimated delivery time I still had gotten my order. The app also wasn’t updating any info, so we decided to call the store and after jumping through hoops to get through PH’s unnecessarily difficult automated phone directory, we were told it was delivered to the wrong address. We live in a pretty big apartment complex, so that’s understandable. Just incredibly frustrating that there wasn’t at least an attempt to reach out to deliver to the correct address. They offered to remake the order and gave us yet another 30 minute wait time.

If o could give zero stars I would. What a disappointment ordering here. Pizza But used to be top notch and their wings were amazing. It’s a treat for us to order a pizza and wings. Especially with the cost increase. We got home with our order and saw the sad excuse for “wings”. They are not wings. They are worse than Walmarts chicken nuggets with some sauce splashed in the bottom of the carton. They are overdone and hard little rocks. The pizza is cold and sauce was too sweet. Never again. We called to ask about the wings and when I voiced my concern I was hung up on by an employee named Matthew. I called back and he said he was “overwhelmed “‘!!
Come on Pizza Hut. Do better. I won’t ever eat there again or any Pizza Hut for that matter.

Ordered the chicken melt and the meat lovers melt. Hard as rocks!!! Crust was black burned!! Called the store and person said that are ment to be crunchy! Useless, never going to a pizza hut again. No customer service, no apologies just that is the way it is! Bellingham wa store!

Unfortunately, this is the single worst restaurant.I’ve ever had dealings with. instead of there internal delivery service, they used doordash, which he did not deliver properly, and so now, I have spent over eight hours on the phone, trying to get a refund and still have to wait for another 2 to 3 days.
I would recommend that you absolutely do not use this restaurant!!!!!

Absolutely awful. The cheese on the pizza was so thin that it was riddled with holes straight out of the box. This was a medium 12″ pizza that pizza chains like Pizza Hut/Dominoes/etc typically put 5 ounces of cheese on and the pizza I received had less than a quarter of that. The picture doesn’t even do it justice.

I almost always have a good experience with Pizza Hut, whether It’s carry-out or delivery the pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious! This is the first time I’ve actually had an issue with this location and unfortunately I didn’t get the stuffed crust with the pizza I had ordered, everything else was correct, but it was a bummer! However it’s New Years Eve and I’m sure they were slammed!
