I placed my order online and went to pick up i understand they were busy but they didnt make one of my pizzas I ordered and they told me it was going to be an hour for them to make it and I would have to come back for it I couldnt get a refund because I forgot my wallet at home with the card I paid for my pizzas with online so I said ill be back in an hour for my pizza when I can back the guy was so rude to me and he not only made my pizza wrong it was cold too I ended up not realizing it till I got back home. I will never ever go back to pizza hut again this is the worst pizza hut ive ever been to in my life and the guy said he was the manager probably the rudest guy ever I wish I could give this place a zero stars and im sorry ive never given such a bad review before but this really upset me and really ruined dinner for some family members and I had to drive to pizza hut twice for an order that was messed up two different times. Worst experience ever. Don’t recommend going to this place.

If I could give zero stars I would order was wrong and when trying to call I get hung up on with out anyone speaking. Then when getting transferred to the local hut I get place on hold 4 calls later beyond unprofessional oh an the pizza was under cooked

The employees do not care at all and don’t hesitate to show it. My pizza was sliced terribly, as if a first grader cut it. Overall bad experience and mediocre employees who seem to put no effort into their job. Would not recommend this location

I order from this location once a week. My order is always right, on time and hot / fresh. Never had an issue here at this location in 2+ years. This place is often busy but still gets food on time.

This particular location has been going downhill consistently. Thought we would try it one more time and sure enough, it was NOT GOOD. The crust was so thin that it soaked up all the grease and was falling apart in the box. Didn’t bring it back l’m sick so didn’t want to go back out. We ate it in pieces with a fork. Not going back.

Don’t bother adding what topping you want to your pizza, they won’t put them on! I ordered a pepperoni pizza from one of their online deals, and added a second topping (paid MORE for extra) but received NONE of the second topping. To make matters worse, when I tried calling the store to rectify the issue, I was on hold for 15 minutes before I called it quits. Awful customer service, take your business elsewhere.

They delivered a pizza with ham on it. I didn’t order a pizza with ham. My husband is extremely allergic to ham. I tried repeatedly to call them but they wouldn’t answer the phone. After having had one of my hardest work days ever, I had to drive drive down to the Pizza Hut store to have the pizza replaced.

Very disappointing to say the least Kids wanted pizza so we ordered and picked up upon arrival no one came to acknowledge me and then a younger kid with a hood on came asked my name set it on the counter and walked away I asked for plates and he pointed to where they would be when I looked there weren’t any so I asked him and without any response he goes into another door pull some out and throws them on the green wire rack and just walks away on top of that we ordered a pizza that was half cheese and had jalapeños all over it ruining it for my little one

Ordered online through the app. Doordash driver never delivered the order. Called to request order redelivered, which never happened over an hour and a half later. Store refuses to answer further phone calls.
