I’ve had great experiences here but today was a different story. Food was terrible. Called a manager for a replacement and they hung up on me. The call and replacement took over a hour so 2 and a half hours to eat while we have to work the next day. The replacement was not up to their normal standard and only accepted since we had to go to bed. Everything today was unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope the management and team can get back to the standards they used to provide. If not long standing customers will resort to other pizza places

One star because can’t be zero. We always order from this Pizza Hut but today was a disaster. The cheese pizza was under cooked pizza, we asked with white sauce and came with no sauce at all, the bacon only a few bites and was half bacon and half ham. The pepperoni pizza was half with pepperoni and half without, and no bacon. We called and asked to talk with a manager and they hang up on us a few times, finally was offered a replacement, (the manager said she made the pizza herself, so management and training needs improvement) after two hours of the first call the replacement shows up (we only accepted it because we are exhausted of waiting) and the cheese pizza at least was properly cooked, but it didn’t looked good, poor sauce poor bacon and the pepperoni still with ham instead of bacon, and they added pieces of onions, which was not asked for.

Would give -1. Ap says order is ready and allows curbside pickup. Location has written on window no curbside. App says pizza ready, inside is 10 people deep, after waiting 10 mins I just have up and left. Understaffed and 1 person working the front unable to keep orders going out. Can’t imagine a worse location

I haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time and I have to say this delivery and location was top-notch! They they followed and made my pizza exactly the way I ordered it. I have to say I was expecting something to be lacking or missing as has been my experience with other locations. The bonus was my pizza arrived nice and hot and I did not have to actually heat it up on delivery.

Pizza was ordered for delivery. After 1 hour of waiting I went to the store. They employee stated it was out for delivery. They tried calling the driver and there was no answer. After waiting an additional 30 minutes the pizza showed up. It was cold. You cannot even call the stores directly it seems as every call goes to automated service. Definitely not worth the $35.00 dollars and my time.

Watched on the tracking once the order was picked up I watched them drive 10 minutes further from my house. Which made our order get delivered 20 some minutes later, and cold. Also there should be some sort of seal on the boxes or put in a stapled bag. That would make a person that there food wasn’t tampered with.

Second time I ordered where they got my order wrong. The gave me two hand tossed pizzas instead of what I ordered which was two pan crust pizzas. Instead of remaking the order the cashier lied and said they ran out of pan crust pizzas. You mean the pizzas that you cook in the pan? Hence pan crust pizza? And there’s not even a survey code on my receipt so I can give feed back on this order ticket #0123. Yeah I’m not happy about it. Wouldn’t even refund the difference paid 10$ more. Liars and crooks

As you can see from the reviews this location has problems. I ordered at 11:40 and expected to have my order by 12:20. I tried calling to fix an address issue while waiting for the delivery but could not reach anyone for 40 minutes. Finally the driver showed up at ~12:40.
