Wish I was able to leave NO STARS..Placed an order yesterday 8.13 with the Kirkland location. Tracked the order and after the delivery time past, we checked the delivery to see what the hold up was, but a few minutes later we checked the tracker only to find out our order was cancelled. Not one call from the store. We kept trying to call but we only got through to the call center and they would put us on hold and never come back on the line. So we had to go out of our way to drive over only to find out the door dash (partnered with Pizza Hut) driver stole our order. The employees first said they couldn’t refund us, and offered to remake our food however they were out of the crust size we actually paid for. Then they came back with we have to take it up with Door Dash, if we wanted the full amount including the drivers tip. As much as I love Pizza Hut, this has left a bad taste in our mouths and may not return and just go to Dominoes.

Email says to click “I’m here” when you’ve arrived for the curbside pickup but this location doesn’t even have curbside?! Why is this even an option on the website? Better yet, how can a chain be allowed not to offer this service? This is literally the smallest parking lot and it would take someone 15 feet to walk to a car. You can’t tell me that’s about staffing issues. It took you longer to create the sign and tell your employees not to comply than it did to consider being a decent human being and offer a service that is commonplace to ALL your competitors.

It was getting close, TOO CLOSE…before the store closed for closing time. I thought they were going to close my order before they closed for closing, BUT THEY DIDN’T!! They hurried and took my order before they closed. In closing, It was a close call…the pizza was excellent, the staff looked busy & worked hard and the shop was very clean.

Online order at 5:25 pm, mobile app expected delivery time of 5:55 pm, at 6:15 pm I called the number listed for the store, which is a customer support number and not the number to the store, told the CSR my issue who transferred me to the store. Asked what happened to my order and they hung up on me. 2nd call to the number listed sent me to a looping message that timed out after 10 mins on hold. At 6:45 pm still no pizza so drove to the store. Guy behind the counter said it showed the pizza delivered but it had not. Asked for a refund. He was adamant that it had been made and delivered. I persisted and finally got my refund. Got home and there was the pizza. Checked my front door camera and it was delivered at 6:53 pm. Pizza was dry, cold and there was no dipping sauce. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

I would give zero if I could. Didn’t have my order waited another 20 minutes for it. They never did make it, gave me the wrong, old, cold ,burnt pizza

Absolutely horrible time. Waited 2 hours for delivery, pizza arrived cold, wrong, and dry as hell. I couldn’t get in contact with anyone at the store and their online orders page wasn’t working. I wasn’t able to cancel my order or anything. Worst pizza but experience ever and I really am considering never ordering from Pizza Hut ever again.
