I ordered the delivery on week night, I took well over 50 mins for arrival, pizza is cold and the drink is hot. Something wrong in the picture. Ok when I open I was surprised and shocked. Prize went up inflation supposed to be mile, but he seems the invasion might have hit skyrocket high on Pizza Hut. I sent me a picture of my pizza compared to the picture on DoorDash site so people can compare. It also missing mushroom maybe they went out I’m not sure but it seems like they went out a lot of stuff anyway I’m speechless. The dough is good. This is the only thing I can give a star.

I ordered an original pan crust pizza and a hand tossed was delivered. I called the store. He was able to pull up my order with the order # from my receipt and confirmed that we were given the wrong pizza. He apologized and said that the manager was the only one who could issue a refund and that she wasn’t there; to call the next day. I called the next day and she still wasn’t there. Finally, the third day, she was there. Her name is Patricia. She had a disrespectful attitude and kept repeating that she had no way of pulling up the order and could not issue a refund since the order was through doordash. I told her that because it was past 48 hours, Doordash could no longer issue a refund and we were told by her staff that a refund could be issued from the store. She said her staff should have known that a refund could not be issued. This whole time she maintained a rude attitude. I reminded her that it was their mistake, regardless and asked how she was going to rectify it. She continued to say that there was nothing she could do. My husband got on the phone and asked her how she wasn’t able to pull up the order# when her staff could.
SHE THEN HUNG UP ON HIM!!!!!!!!! I contacted Pizza Hut corporate to let them know about her HORRIBLE customer service and recommended she get fired!!!!

Tonight, I ordered 2 pan (1 supreme, 1 cheese) and some wings for 6pm. When I got there at 6. The screen says “ready,” but the person behind the counter said, “3 mins.” I waited for about 15 mins and the manager ( I assume) said, they forgot one of the pan. He then gave me a $20 credit. I waited a bit more. Than the manager gave me my order but it was 1 large supreme and 1 pan supreme. I showed him my order and he was apologetic and fast tracked my cheese pan. After waiting for another 15 mins, he gave me a large cheese instead of a pan. By this time, it has been an hour. I literally waited for an hour for my order and they screwed up multiple times. I calmly said, “this is not what I asked and I would like a refund.” The manager got angry at me and walked away and asked another employee to process my refund. I cannot believe that the manager had the guts to get mad at me when I had waited for an hour for my order and they screwed it up multiple times. I understand it was busy and things get screwed up but don’t get mad at me when they screwed up my order multiple times.

Absolutely ridiculous. My order took 20 minutes to arrive after it was picked up — and the store is only five minutes away. Pizza Hut claimed they use a “delivery service for faster delivery,” but clearly that’s not working. If this is their idea of fast, I’d hate to see slow. By the time it arrived, the food was lukewarm and the whole “delivery service” excuse felt like a bad joke.
If your store is five minutes from my door, I shouldn’t be waiting nearly half an hour for cold pizza. Do better, Pizza Hut. Do it without my money

Where do I start first off? I’ve been eating Pizza Hut ever since I was eight years old and I’m now 34 years of age so I’m pretty familiar with what it’s supposed to taste like and I decided to order pizza from the Federal Way location thinking they were gonna be able to perpetuate the same taste that I’m used to boy was I wrong the pizza has no flavor. It kinda has a burnt or overcook kind of taste on the hand to pizza just lifeless whatever employees work there must really not like working there because it shows in the food. Looks like I’m gonna have to take that drive to Tukwila to get the right thing made the right way.

I don’t recommend this pizza place. I ordered large pepperoni pizza and cost me almost $25 for just pepperoni compared to little Caesar’s is way better and cheaper for a large pepperoni. I only went here because a friend of mine wanted to order pizza from this place. The sauce tastes like they used ketchup for the pizza sauce and the crust was really thin and burned. Don’t go here for pizza orders.

Tried “The Big New Yorker” which was double pepperoni, also had lots of grated parm on top. It’s just alright. Crust is fine, the size is nice. The pizza is pretty over salted though. Could barely eat the second slice after the first saturated my palate with so much salt. Even rootbeer didn’t help.
Also tried their cheesesteak melt. It’s basically a thin crust with their toppings inside and then folded in half. Barely any steak. I had maybe two small pieces in one half of the melt. The majority is just pepper onion and cheese. They also gave the wrong sauce. It’s advertised as coming with a garlic parm sauce but they just put in a ranch cup.
I’d stick to their regular pizza next time and skip the melts unless you just want a folded in half pizza for $8 lol.

Been going to Pizza Hut for decades. Always loved it. Every location is cool but this specific location is always top tier. The employees are always amazing and welcoming. The crew that was here on 07/02 at around 10:30 pm was so customer service oriented and professional and reminded me why I continue to choose this location over every other. With a full lobby, they managed to put a smile on everybody’s face and seemed like it was not even busy with how swiftly and smoothly they handled everybody’s orders. Best location. Definitely choose this one over the others!!!!!
