After a long stressful day of moving I thought ordering Pizza Hut was going to be the highlight of our day. However the way our food was delivered was absolutely disappointing. Pizza was all mushy like it hadn’t been cooked for the correct amount of time. The delivery guy delivered to the wrong apartment and didn’t even bother to make sure he delivered to the correct location.

You get excited & happy & look forward for a really good Pizza.
Normally I Love Pizza Hut. But this location, makes me stay away & I also recommend to others to stay away
Then after you visit this store you get disappointed in big way.
1. You get disappointed by their unprofessional crew.
2. Get disappointed by how they manipulate their prices.
Then if pass through & close your eyes on all that .
3. Then another disappointment by the extremely long wait time.
4. Then you get disappointed by their yucky cold pizza.
Under cooked pizza dough. Low on the base sauce. Which is the main ingredient sauce. So the pizza lacks the full flavor of a really good pizza. Also under cooked ingredient. So the whole pizza doesn’t taste good.
Unprofessional minimally trained working crew. They make several mistakes with several customers regularly either in the price, or the ingredient, or how the pizza is made, or how the pizza come out & taste.
Really long wait time , then more disappointment when the cold pizza come out. That is the pizza you have been waiting for , is a mediocre pizza.
Watch out please .Prices almost as double if just walk- in order. Compare to website prices or the App prices. Medium pizza on Website is $12.99 but if walk-in for same excact pizza is $23.99
Convenient location. Lots of parking . Near cross road mall
Domino’s Pizza cross road next door wins here by leaps and bounds .
Domino’s pizza is much much better. Much more flavorful. Cooked correctly. Pizza Come out really piping hot. Reasonable prices.and really good friendly service.

This place is a blight on restaurants everywhere. Literal crimes against food have been committed here.
I ordered a bacon/ham/pep personal pan and an EIGHT piece boneless wing.
Personal pan – sparse on toppings, somehow room temperature 5 minutes after pickup, and had the texture of a kitchen sponge.
EIGHT piece boneless wing – yes, it looks like they counted that crumb of bread covered in sauce. All the pieces were remarkably small. Also room temp 5 minutes after pickup.

I ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese and received a pizza where you can see the sauce THROUGH the cheese. The store is clean and the staff is fine, but the pizza simply didn’t have enough cheese. I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.

Ordered delivery out of nostalgia for that Pizza Hut taste from my childhood and they not only forgot my basil pesto drizzle on all my pizzas, but all my pizzas were misshapen. People eat with their eyes and this was NOT what pizza should look like. It’s like they were tossed around…

Man, I haven’t been back to Pizza Hut in years, though it was my favorite as a kid. How far it has fallen. We ordered 3 pizzas and all of them were tied for the worst pizza we’ve had in memory, even including frozen stuff from the grocery store. The crust was dry, flavorless and tough. The sauce was like ketchup. The rumors of cost-cutting on ingredients over the years are true. Also, they didn’t give us all the things we ordered, so we had to run back to the store and ask for the remaining items. There was no apology, they just opened their heated storage, took the item out, and slid it across the counter without a word. We will not be returning.

A five topping pizza was really the amount of 5, of the different toppings; i can count on one hand how many green peppers, mushrooms, and all other were on my large pizza.There was barely anything on the pizza. There is barely taste to the pizza, and there as barely any cheese either. I really wouldn’t call this a Pizza. This is a disappointing pizza place that should close down, but I checked and it’s not on the list of closures from the Yum company… if they keep this up they will be soon enough.

Food not up to expectation.. or even previous experiences and standards. Ordered the pepperoni lovers. Because we LOVE pepperoni. Got pepperoni only around the edges of pizza? And not even extra around the edges. Absolutely none in the middle. Cheese sticks were a slightly undercooked and doughy. Cinnamon sticks never disappoint though. All in all 2 stars on the good. And both of them went to the dessert.
