I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut on Military Road (29007). The manager on duty, MJ, handled our situation in a way that felt rude and dismissive.
We physically went inside to place our order directly with her because we didn’t have time to order online. She personally took our order, yet the pizza we received was completely incorrect. When we brought it to her attention, she insisted that the pizza we were given was exactly what we ordered — which is not true.
We actually had proof of a different order from another location (which we canceled because it was too far). That order shows clearly what we wanted. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering to correct it, MJ refused to fix the order and told us that if we wanted the correct pizza, we would need to purchase a new one.
That response was unprofessional and disrespectful. Mistakes happen, but how management handles them makes all the difference. Customers should not be forced to pay twice for an error that was not theirs.

Not having had Pizza Hut in awhile, we thought we would stop tonight and get take-out. So glad we did! The pizza was fresh and delicious! Better than I recall it being. Michelle was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of our questions, provided excellent service and is an asset to Pizza Hut!

Great pepperoni pizza. Was ready at the correct time, 5:00 pm. Inside Chris & Shaun were fun to talk with. Shawn was making pizzas & Chris was working the register and order taking. Two very fine gentlemen. Hope to see them there on my next visit.

Good location with easy access. Aside from that, the staff is friendly and the prices are as expected. Unfortunately, I gotta take a star due to their inability to deliver on time. I’ve ordered from this particular Pizza Hut twice now and both times the pizza was over 20 minutes late. Now here’s the kicker. Both times it was an in store pick up, not delivery! I arrived on time then waited 20 minutes.
Ordinarily this alone would have cost the business 2 stars at least but in this case they only lose 1 star because both times the store manager (different manager each time) recognized the inconvenience and discounted the meal.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could !!! This is by far one of the BEST pizza hut there is !! I don’t think I have EVER gotten a bad pizza or have had any problems at all here. The pizza is always cooked perfectly never burnt or to nover done. If you want pizza it’s worth going out of your way or going a few extra miles to come to this one. I recommend this pizza hut to all !!

I ordered two large pizzas, 2 sodas each 2 liters, I spent $46.02 wanted to use the bathroom as I wait, they told me the bathroom is for employees only and I can use the bathroom next door, that’s very unfair for the customers, The employees stated it’s their policy. Unbelievable if that’s how Pizza Hut treats the customers. I’m taking my business in another pizza shop.
