Tried the flatzz for the first time. Great size and amazing flavor. Both my son and I added/removed a couple ingredients to customize our order. Order was a minute or two from being done when I got there so it was super fresh. The shift lead that was on shift that day was there alone and did a great job. This was just a pick up location, not a sit down restaurant like LaGrande use to have, so atmosphere was average. Food was what Pizza Hut has always tasted like but toppings were pretty skant and unevenly placed on our chicken & mushroom pie. Service was the best and a young man even helped bring part of our order to our vehicle and that really stood out and impressed me.

I really like the pasta and cheesy bread, latley the seasoning has gotten way better too. Nice blend of crispy over cheesy and makes for a hearty meal. Read some reviews about bad experiences and honestly anyone remember how bad Arbies was in the beggining? Relax, forgive and give it another go, it’s pretty good ngl, they’ve hella improved. All people got to do in this town is talk smack and exaggerate.

We had the worst pizza we have ever had. Ordered 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings, and they were so skimpy on the toppings, one piece had only cheese! Or, 1 piece of sausage, or 1 pepperoni, and forget finding the bacon, all for $23 per pizza. And, although they have been in business now for several months, they still got our order wrong. We ordered cheesy bread sticks, but got plain, so had to wait while they re-did it. I was embarrassed serving this pizza to my guests. The staff was nice enough, but I will not be going there again, and I love Pizza Hut, normally.

We usually have really good experiences with pizza hut and I absolutely love the manager their she is awesome, tonight we got pizza and it was not a good experience we waited about 20 minutes to pay and get our food and it was cold not very happy about that at all !!!

Disclaimer; all these local people making one star reviews know that this location is new and they’re just unhappy because they didn’t get the order like they would with a well established one would have.
This Pizza Hut is fairly new. I don’t completely blame the brand new workers, more so the management/owner who didn’t set their employees up for success. It was clearly obvious when orders were wrong and wait times were triple the time they should have been. It is the supervisor on shift to manage their team and make sure quality check happens so can’t speak for that. Now that they have been open for a couple months it has been wonderful. I order my pizza ahead of time, get it picked up exactly on time and get what i ordered. They have been nice and friendly since they had their bumps. I will continue to go back. Happy Customer here.
