Consistently late when it comes to fulfillment of orders and website/app doesn’t accurately reflect what’s in stock. Then they have DoorDash drivers call you to let you know the ordered item is out of stock and they can give you something else. It’s not the job of the DoorDash driver.

So we get pizza quite office and Pizza Hut in particular and have had problems and not complained but it comes to a point that you have to. This location more often than not hardly has enough staff so orders take much longer than they say and you have to wait for a pizza that says it’s ready for an hour or more some times. Tonight I ordered in the app like usual and one of the pizzas should have been extra pepperoni and extra cheese but the toppings were so thin on it that I could see the pizza dough beneath them. My husband said it was the same one woman he ever sees working there’s so who knows if anyone else was even there to help so it’s not really the staff I blame completely but management needs to do something.

I want to be clear up front: I didn’t actually eat at this establishment. I had every intention of ordering a couple of pizzas around 7:30 p.m. on a Thursday evening peak dinner time only to be told they were completely out of dough. Yes, you read that correctly: a pizza place, out of dough. There was only one customer waiting.
The staff member informed me it would be at least an hour and a half before more dough would be ready. While I was trying to wrap my head around that, my attention shifted to the counter specifically the keyboard used for taking orders. It was caked in a grayish-black residue that looked like old, dried dough. The kind of grime that builds up over time when hands aren’t washed between working with food and handling shared surfaces. It wasn’t just a little messy…it was disturbing.
Out of curiosity (and growing concern), I glanced around the establishment. The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. From what I saw, the dining area and prep zones looked like cleanliness had long since ceased to be a priority.
At that point, I chose not to wait and certainly not to eat there. I sincerely hope the management takes a long, hard look at their operations. Running out of dough during the dinner time is a problem for a place that mostly serves pizza. Running an unclean kitchen is a dealbreaker.

This location seems comically unable to fill orders correctly; asked for pepperoni, I got cheese, no pepperoni. Asked for Bleu Cheese to go with my buffalo chicken, got nothing. Ordered a combo that comes with dipping sauces, zero dipping sauces. However, they do have food and will give you some variety of food in exchange for money, even if it isn’t what you order.

I came in with my 2 children age 4 and 6 to have dinner. We sat down waiting for our order. The back of the kitchen was playing inappropriate music talking about sexual subjects very loudly to where I could hear the music. When they brought my order to the table . I ask the guy with long hair if they can turn the music down in the kitchen or maybe put something different until we are done eating. He told me that it is just music. I then asked for my order to go. So we left and will not be back again

I deliver doordash sometimes and the last 4 times I have picked up orders from here they do not come to the counter and ask if you need help and I’ve waited in the lobby for over 30 min to 45 minutes to pick up my customers food. They are understaffed, and not very accommodating to customers. They make people stand at the counter for 10 min. Before they even talk to you. 1 specific employee is worse than the others. The guys are really nice. They need to hire more staff, this is terrible. Thank you!

Just tried ordering on their website and payment system was down. Then tried ordering over the phone. They charged my card 3 times totaling over $80 using the excuse it was just a pre auth. Then explain the the multiple $25 charges to my card? Horrible website, horrible employee and service. Couldn’t even get hold of a manager. Just go to Dominos.

Nice looking place. Ordered on the phone and went to pick it up. They didn’t have my order. I ordered wings and a large pepperoni. Took them an hour to make it. When it was ready they had made the wrong wings and had to remake it. The manager was rude. It took me 2 and a half hours overall to get my food. By the time my wings were done the pizza was stale. The cheese was clearly out of date. I will say that the guy that took my order was kind and great. He did his best. But this place ruined Pizza Hut for me.
