The food was delicious but I give 3 stars because it was Carry out, they offered no deals and charged $103 for 3 large pizzas 6 wings and a chicken pasta. For the same food I would pay $50 at Dominoes.

Pizza hut has gone to an answering service that asks you the same exact questions that the local store asks you. It’s a complete waste of time to give the same exact info twice…..update for this… the last 3 pick up orders have been messed up for this location. Not sure what the heck is going on here but I do pick up only anymore for this location after door dash messed up my order. But I guess it doesn’t really matter anything to do with this location pizza hut it’s messed up….ugh

If I could give no stars I would. I called to place a order for delivery. First time I called I heard someone then all quite so I just hung up. Second time I called I spoke to someone placed an order for delivery. Wasn’t told how long it would be I called them back and was on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up. My husband then called and we were put on hold for 15 minutes or more so we just hung up. Pizza never got delivered. Pizza hut has gone way downhill

Thursday Jan 5 2022. I placed a order online. When I had completed my order. The. Screen said would you like to track your order it would be 25 to35 minutes. So I excepted track my order. Fifty minutes had passed so I decided to call the pizza hut since I had placed my order online to make sure everything s okay. I listened to the options choice numbe three the phone rang and rang no answer. Then the tracker had finally sent that my pizza was out for delivery. Another forty five minutes had passed still no pizza . I called three more times no answer. I then tried to call the south Medford pizza hut they answered and was no help. They told me that the area manager is on vacation and they couldn’t help me. I don’t like having to leave bad reviews,but when a single dad works hard all day and spends fifty to six rollers to feed his kids. Then to eat cold food on top of it all. What is this world coming to. No one has consequences for their actions,so they treat customers however they wish. Thank you pizza hut for the huge waste of my time and money.
