I ordered a few pizzas online. They were supposed to ARRIVE at around 8pm. The window given was before 8 and a few minutes after 8. It was a few minutes before 9pm when my order finally arrived. I paid an extra $6 for delivery PLUS a $5 tip and I had to wait an extra hour for my food. Had they just been honest about the wait, I would have drove to go order and pick it up. Lifelong Pizza Hut fan but you guys really dropped the ball.

Ordered 2 pizzas 7/1/2024 at 8:30. 1 looked great, but once I opened the other one, it looked like this. If you look closely, one of the pieces towards the bottom looks like it got a bite taken out of it? Tried to call, nobody picked up.

When I arrived at the pizza hut parking lot for my contactless curbside pickup, I saw on my email that my pizza was ready one minute before I arrived. I hit the button saying I was here. After no-one came out after 9 minutes I walked in to get my pizza. There was no one at the counter so I rang the bell for service. A couple minutes later a grumpy guy came out from the back and handed me my pizza. Without saying a word he just turned his back and walked away. When I got home and opened my pizza there was a quarter size cardboard burnt oil soaked disc on my pizza. Yuck

I worked at pizza hut for many years before moving here and so I get not being able to get to a customer right away. However when I went in to pick up my order, I stood at the counter for nearly 8 minutes, staring at my food in the warmer, without a single person even checking up front. Got to the point that I went to go reopen the door so the little alert they have goes off and still nothing. The nice old couple in there suggested there to be a bell which I agree with.
The food was good overall and I usually do have good experiences with the food here, only complaint was the alfredo was lacking sauce.
Like I said I get not being able to help a customer out right away, but when you hear a signal saying a customer walked in, you should atleast acknowledge it, and if you cant hear it, it should be turned up.

Out for delivery for 30 mins before it showed. Called the place, he said she was doing 3 deliveries plus mine. We live 10 mins from their location. Was not warm or hot. Will be picking up next time and saving the tip and delivery charge.

The place has 2 tables. Very high tables make dining in for handicapped people impossible. Some would have difficulty getting on the high chairs. Not safe for small children. However, the back of the chair in the city scape was very stylish. There were no gluten-free options, so I couldn’t eat there. I do appreciate bench seats for those waiting for takeout.

Ordered my pizza before 7pm and it’s almost 9pm and it’s still hot here!! This is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service!! And then the way it came in horrible condition!! Asked guy if he got lost.. just blew my comment off!

Cashier was great but I am very disapointed in the large” hand~tossed” meat lovers pizza I ordered. Its way too thin to be handtossed…either a medium hand tossed crust was used and spread out to a large or they were not proofed enough

Last few times I went to this pizza hut the sauce smelled and tasted like blood, also very watery. Not sure why, it has happened before but never 3 times in a row. Thumb up if you had the same issue. Thanks.
