Worst pizza I’ve ever gotten no sauce. Nothing like what it looks like on the pictures not at all the amount of cheese that is necessary for a pizza. It’s probably Pizza Hut corporate’s fault but honestly, these were just made poorly way too much crust as if they’re reducing the amount of toppings and cheese. Going to Little Caesars next time.

Not sure when this Pizza Hut fell apart, but we will probably not be coming back. Waited in line in the drive thru for 50 minutes, and still ended up missing a significant amount of our order. Staff at the window was rude and kept slamming the window. Thanks, but no thanks. I would rather spend 51$ elsewhere.

These employees saved our bday party. We had reserved another place, but we showed up to see a sign on the door saying “closed for maintenance”.
Party was for a two year old, so we were frantic. These guys ushered us in with no hesitation and set us up in their party room. It’s much smaller than the original one we reserved elsewhere but everyone crowded in and the party went on! Employees were not super helpful, or overly friendly, but they did their jobs and took care of us as best they could. Honestly, they were probably feeling overwhelmed.

The manager there is unfairly faced with a corporation that cares very little about thier customer experience. The have a poor app for ordering pizza, no customer service and have chosen the worst delivery service (door dash) I have ever seen. It’s not fair. Ma’am, there are other good opportunities out there for you to shine….. right now! I wish you success in your future endeavors.

We went to Pizza Hut for a rare treat since my hubby hasn’t been there before and I myself hadn’t been back for a long time. Well, I promptly remembered why I hadn’t come back when we went in. The lady at the front greeted us with no smile and gave the impression that seating us for a dine in was the last thing she wanted to do that night. I even asked her if it was “okay” that we wanted to dine in because she was very off putting. After we were seated and given menus we must have been promptly forgotten about, didn’t even get water. There were kids there which is great for a family place but the kids were absolutely screaming the entire time. Jumping on tables jumping off the seats running around like crazy. I have 3 kids.. if mine were acting like that I’d take my dinner to go and go home. It was just too much. After 40 minutes of waiting (yes we were able to order finally) we decided enough was enough and we headed out the door. As we did we saw our order was ready so we grabbed it and paid but even as my husband looked at the food he asked her if that was the whole thing. She said, “Yup that’s what you ordered.” Charged us and promptly went into the back. It was just awful.
