I ordered off the app.Large meat lovers that was 20.99.I already gave them a 1$ tip.
I didn’t want to pay $5.00 for delivery so I went in and picked it up.
When I got there I noticed a paper on their counter that said A large Meat lovers pizza was $12.99 I asked the girl about it and she said I should have scrolled to specials and it would of been there.
I usually ordered a pizza a month
Well after not offering any money back or a credit of $8.
I WILL NOT BE BACK. Lost my business .

We got our order tonight and the pizzas had both been dropped or tilted so bad that they were half mangled. I called Pizza Hut and they seemed very indifferent and said they would apply a $10 credit to my next order. That seems pretty presumptive that I will order from them again.

They only get two stars for the sheer fact that they don’t know how to look at what they’re grabbing before they grab it and throw it in a box… When you place two orders through a pizza place and add ranch to your delivery and they bring you blue cheese two different times there is a serious problem going on there of people not paying attention!!

I didn’t get my pineapple! I specifically asked for it to be on after the pizza got cooked. Then when I tried to call all they do is hang up the phone so they don’t have to talk to you. Very disappointed. I won’t be tipping them ever again. Way to mess it up for the rest of the team .

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza instead, and when I called to get my correct order remade, some guy answered and then hung up on me when I told him the issue. When I called again, I think the same guy answered and when I told him my issue he transferred me to some woman who just told me to email pizza hut and then hung up on me. Like what the hell? Is that email address also going to make me my pizza or what is that supposed to do. Whenever I crave a simple pepperoni pizza, Pizza hut never fails to disappoint

Now, I’m hesitant to give any International chain a 5 star review. Let’s be honest, franchised food just isn’t the best. However, the service at this particular Pizza Hut has earned this rating. Never have I had a bad pizza. Never has my order been late, not even during the Rona quarantine. Great deals come and go. I can always expect a deal or exchange reward points. Never has my order been incorrect, in fact, the few times it was caught ahead of time and the incorrect food that was prepared was given to us for free. This is the most giving and reliable service I’ve found in recent years.
Thank you to the management and Franchise owner. You’ve earned a faithful customer. Thank you for setting the standard for service. Others should take note and perhaps they would endure the next pandemic.

We haven’t had Pizza from this location in 5 years… Someone decided it was time to give this location another try. AND, THEY HAVE REDEEMED THEMSELVES! Crew has been awesome… Orders have been good! Thank you for being an amazing Pizza Hut team! Glad to be ordering from this location again.
2016 – I saw they had a BAD rating but I wanted to give them a chance anyway. I was WRONG! They are horrible! I suggest you take your business to a different Pizza Hut. The people working there are horrible. They may not like their jobs. Horrible Customer service from the bottom all the way up to the store manager! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Horrible everything!
