Ordered 3 melts online that already come with a side of marinara. I paid for 3 extra marinaras and 3 ranch. The delivery driver did not bring any of the extra dips I paid for. I called the store and Casey said she would have the driver come back and bring them. When he got back he didn’t knock on the door or ring the door bell. We only knew he was here because we looked out the window. When we opened the front door he was walking back to his car. I said oh hello, thank you, he turned around and said oh yeah, here and damn near tossed it into my hands. Completely rude! It’s not our fault the driver left part of the order in his car upon the initial delivery. And to be treated so rudely after he was given a $10 tip is crazy work. Every time I order from this store they always mess up my order and give me a credit to my cell number the next time I order over the phone. I have about three credits at this point. This location needs to get it together.

i ordered pizza and pasta which is the same order i usually get. The pizza is fine but the pasta is spicy. Having ordered it before, i know its not supposed to be so i call the store and the person on the phone held me on the phone awkwardly just to eventually say that its supposed to be spicy. i explained that ive ordered it before so i know thats not the case and then they ma’am me and say that even if they did send out another it would still be spicy. if they sent out another that is made the way it supposed to, no it wouldnt.

They make good pizza , the staff seems to care about there quality and customer service. Like all restaurant there’s always a hit or miss but as far as Ive been going it’s always a hit .

This place is the same as other Pizza Hut locations. They could use some more lighting. I come here for carryout every week without any issues. It’s often not busy, which is a plus for me.

Just ordered a pizza before closing (I hate being that guy) because I got back from a trip and this location was the closest one open. Devin was more than accommodating, and even shared about his recent trip out of state. Very cool guy and was completely understanding. Thank you for making my night Devin! The pizza was hot, and it was delivered about 40 minutes after placing the order online. My pizza even had extra cheese on it even though I didn’t choose that so it was a nice bonus.
It’s crazy how a pizza chain that is further from my house is able to quickly deliver hot pizza.
The Domino’s that is located just up north from here on 122nd has twice took over 2 hours to deliver pizza, that was warm at best. Not sure if Domino’s deserves to be the no. 1 pizza chain.

FURTHER EDIT: Seeing the owner responding to comments means you can actually reach someone human if there is an issue. With Domino’s, you get an AI chat bot and cannot reach a person. Clearly Dominos’ can’t out pizza the hut.

got my order wrong and seemed to have the person ahead of me order wrong, a pizza without a ticket on it, both workers started yelling about it all and gave AWFUL customer service. Don’t do that in front of customers. i was in the store at 8:23p. -Davonte
