Average Food, Decent Service
Pizza Hut is… okay. The service is generally fine — polite and timely — but the food itself just doesn’t stand out anymore. The pizzas are average at best, with flavors that feel a bit tired and ingredients that could use a little more freshness and heart.
The prices are fair, about what you’d expect, but for the same cost, you can often find better-tasting pizza elsewhere. It’s not terrible — just not memorable. A decent backup option when convenience wins over craving.

If i could give this restaurant negative 5 stars I would. I have ordered from here twice now and both times the pizza was pretty much inedible. The first pizza was so overcooked and hard I couldn’t eat it and had to contact corporate for a refund.
This time I ordered one large pizza, one chicken bacon melt and buffalo chicken melt. I got two medium pizzas that are almost raw and two buffalo chicken melts with ranch instead of buffalo sauce and neither actually had buffalo chicken. Just plain bland chicken. Pan pizza is supposed to be crunchy on bottom, not taste like raw dough.
Since I just moved in and this is the only pizza hut that will deliver to me I will never get pizza hut again! This store either needs new management or closed down!

Ordered two new Yorkers it was pretty much just crust and cheese with hardly any sauce and I asked for extra on the app very disappointed. Also I paid extra for pineapple and they gave me like no more then four peices on each pizza.

This Pizza Hut is an absolute disaster when it comes to basic order fulfillment, and I’m beyond fed up. Twice now—twice—I’ve used their app to schedule a future delivery, placing my order around 10:30 AM for a 6:00 PM delivery, only to have my pizza show up almost immediately. What’s the point of offering a scheduling feature if you’re just going to ignore it? The app clearly confirms the 6:00 PM delivery time, but apparently, that’s just a suggestion to this location.
When I called the store to figure out what was going on, their response was infuriatingly nonchalant: “Well, the pizza’s already in the oven.” Are you kidding me? So, you just decided to cook and send it seven hours early because… why? No apology, no attempt to make it right, just a shrug over the phone. It’s not like I’m asking for rocket science here—just deliver the pizza at the time I requested. This level of incompetence is mind-boggling.
The sheer disregard for customers’ needs makes this Pizza Hut a complete joke. If you’re planning to order ahead for a specific time, don’t bother. Apparently, they’ll just yeet your pizza out the door whenever they feel like it. Save yourself the frustration and order from literally anywhere else. Zero stars if I could.

We’ve placed two orders for delivery at this location in the past 2 months. Both included a 20% tip on top of the already ridiculous prices. Both orders were VERY late, delivered 30+ mins past the delivery time. We won’t be ordering from this location again.

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, and olives on my pizza. But I got onions and gotten no pepperoni on it. I did not want onions at all. U guys do not know how to do your job. They scam u out of your money because they will not give you what u ask for at all.
