Had a awful experience picking up my order tonight. Was at the pick up window and was told I ordered boneless wings. When I tried to correct the gentleman, that is not what I ordered he went and got someone else to assist. I tried to explain to her that I had ordered traditional wings not boneless and she argued the point until I decided to give in, order another 6 piece traditional wings and pull around to read my receipt. In fact it stated I ordered traditional wings in the first place.
When I returned for my food and to show my receipt suddenly my money could be returned.
Point being poor communication and unwillingness to listen cost me an additional $10.99 and I was made to feel as if I was in the wrong.

Delivery order was never picked up by 3rd party delivery service, I had to track and contact the store that said that they would deliver within 20 minutes (over an hour past the expected time). Items were forgotten which required another trip from the store. Not going to return at least for delivery.

Ordered 2 large pizzas both pan crust. I was told they had 1 pan crust left so I ordered that 1 and a cheese stuffed crust. I still received hand tossed crusts for both pizzas.

Not the fault of workers, but if brand and ownership. Drop $150 for pizza and soda, charge extra for any peper and parmesan. That is poor service required by owners.
There are many options for pizza. I recommend choosing somewhere else in Woodburn.

Tried drive through for the first time. Excellent service at the window. I have not had a pizza of this quality. Besides being cold, it was not in the least bit tasty.
