Some good folks here. Saw me in the parking lot on a hot day with our dog, and they came out with two fresh, cold bottles of water and a serving tray for her to drink.
That just shows the level of generosity and the humanity behind the people working here.
I live in Vancouver Washington and I’m on my way to a camping trip, but I will make it a point to come back out here and visit this Pizza Hut just because of the kindness shown to me today.

Dustin was so welcoming and helpful, I made a mistake on my order and he fixed it right away to make it right and made it a priority! Super happy with the employees who work here!! I come here very often and we have a large family and order a lot of pizza and very very rarely is stuff missing or wrong. Quality is awesome. Great pizza!

We have ordered veggie pizza, everything was good except for the price, even the toppings are expensive too, you cannot alter toppings like you will ask to remove tomatoes and ask to add olives they will do but charge you extra for olives. When you compare pizza with any other pizza places like papa zones, Murphy, Bellagieos etc. Pizza Hut is really expensive. It’s just take out place, so you can’t sit and eat at this place. Good spot just on 26 very near to Mt.Hood, nest and clean restrooms. Good staff. Overall good.

I come in there all the time and I asked 2 times to be nice to make sure they wouldn’t mess up the order. It was simple… I had to wait extra long and they still messed it up and when I asked about getting a discount or a new pizza they sold they were busy and I would have to wait … Not cool I don’t I will be going there again unless they can get my order correct. That was 2 times in a row that happened that’s why I asked nicely and the employees there don’t seem to care much about the customers. A free pizza should have been on the menu for me after dealing with horrible service 2 times in a row when I tried to be nice and ask before the order was even started… But ya wouldn’t surprise me if dominos came in and took over after the way they treat there customers. Very disappointed in the pizza hut in Sandy .

Pizza showed up in a time manner. That is the only reason I gave two stars. Ordered a plain beef pizza for picky children. Arrived smelling and tasting like fish! It was disgusting and completely inedible. Won’t be ordering from there again.

I want to share a positive experience for the Sandy Pizza Hut, since moving here last July of 2023 I have gotten pizza several times as I just one of my girlfriend’s favorites. Several of this times I have had issues with service and a poor atmosphere.
Tonight when I went there, I’m at the new manager for the store. He greeted me promptly and with much kindness. We had a nice small conversation and he let me know the order would be up shortly. That being said the experience was much better than any of my previous visits as well
I believe his name was Michael, but I could be wrong, looking forward to seeing a positive change at this location!

Had I known door dash would be delivering my order, I would have ordered from somewhere else. My order was supposed to be delivered at 6:25, about 6:30 I get a text saying my order will be delivered at 7:07. Again, had I known it was gunna take OVER an hour, when it said online 25-35 minutes. Then I get a text at 6:40 saying a dasher has picked up my order and it should arrive at 7:07. I live, 5 minutes away, can someone explain to me why it needed to take almost half an hour for them to drive the 5 minutes to my house? So my food sat around for half an hour doing? And, I know it was ready, because it was all but cold when we got it. I work in a restaurant, I know how dashers are, thats why I WILL NOT order off any of those sites and always select for them to not deliver if it’s an option, if it’s not I pick up in store or order from somewhere else but I didn’t see anywhere where it said it’d be delivered by door dash, nor anything about a 3rd party. And then the dasher, was wearing PJ’S. I really don’t appreciate some kid in pj’s shoving my food at me. So rude. I hope my tip went to you guys and not that kid. My pizza, while all but completely cold, was decent, definitely would have been a lot better hot or even warm. And I couldn’t enjoy my wings because they were too hard thanks to being cold. We only order pizza when we can’t make food or go get something due to us being disabled because they have their own drivers and we don’t have to worry about our food getting cold sitting around waiting. And if there was somewhere where it showed itd be door dash, it needs to be more obvious, like oh, idk, when you are filling things out might be a good place to start. I looked twice, no where on there.
