It’s been awhile since I’ve had pizza hut. Pretty disappointed in the pizza overall. It was dry and didn’t have very much cheese. Also there was a lot more crust than I recall from previous times. Is this shrinkflation?

The worst pizza ever. Almost a pound of pepperoni on each piece, it was so Flippin greasy the grease came through the box!!! The cheese sticks were so greasy that the grease was coming through the bag. The best thing was the sodas. What a waste of 77 dollars!!

I absolutely adore Pizza Hut at the Happy Valley location. Everything about it is fantastic for me. My go-to is usually the chicken Alfredo, but this time it arrived slightly overcooked. However, their consistency in delivering great experiences remains unparalleled. I will definitely be returning for takeout.

Absolutely loved my experience at the Pizza Hut on Sunnyside in Happy Valley! Met an amazing guy there, Liam, the manager — super friendly, respectful, and just a genuinely cool person. He really knows how to treat customers right, and that makes all the difference.
Honestly, this location is way better than other places like Domino’s or Modi Pizza. It’s not just about the food (which was hot, fresh, and delicious), it’s the way they make you feel welcome and valued. Liam is running the business with heart, and it shows. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to everyone I know!

Worst pizza of my life. We’ve given them so many chances to get it right however we always get pizza that is overcooked/burnt, hard and crunchy, lacked toppings, etc. They have no pride in the pizza they’re selling and they scrimp on the toppings. Buy frozen pizza instead!

I came to Pizza Hut to buy a pizza. When I asked if they had a paper menu, the employee said they didn’t. When I asked how I was supposed to order without a menu, he simply replied, “I don’t know.” In the end, I had to leave with nothing.
