This location seems old-fashioned and a little dimmed inside.
I came for the buffet. $15 a person. Only available from 11am-2pm. Soda included unlimited. Salad is one time only.
Pizzas come in different variation. They rotated with a new topping every time a pizza is gone.
The meaty tomato sauce is really delicious. It goes well with the pizza as a dipping sauce.
Sweet cinnamon bread sticks are so good especially when it’s still warm and a little crispy on the outside.
You cannot find a better deal than this elsewhere.

It’s the closest Pizza Hut to me and I have the worst experience every time I order from this location. They never want to fix their errors and I’ve started ordering from the school street one instead. They always nail the orders. At the Kuakini location, I ordered cheese sticks and they didn’t even put enough cheese so the cheese burned and they weren’t those iconic Pizza Hut cheese sticks. Sadly, they wouldn’t replace them.

They call this a buffet ? Lol. More like a soup kitchen. Manager not generous. No salad bar. Food only made for maximum 5 people at a time. Definitely not a place for a business meeting luncheon. If they not willing to serve food, why have a buffet? False advertisement.

Do NOT order from Pizza Hut! Instead, order from Papa John’s or Dominoes or other pizza places. They continually make mistakes (wrong pizza, hours to receive, etc). Then, once in a great while, they offer you a free pizza for their mistake, but with that free pizza to compensate for their error, they insist that you spend $15.00 additionally. What kind of recompense is that? I also was diverted to the Philippines, which could not answer a basic question & did not want to reveal initially that they were in the Philippines. And in another call the woman who stated she was a “Manager” was responding from a call center. So she was a receptionist. Spoke to 3 different people trying to find Supervisor or Owner. One cannot locate any Management personnel to speak with. They were all very rude, incompetent, disrespectful, & uneducated. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Went here for the lunch buffet. When we got in there wasn’t much food available, maybe 2 pizzas and a few breadsticks and pasta. The staff brought out more food within 10 minutes – a variety of pizzas and restocking the pasta and breadsticks. They have salad available at the front counter and fountain drinks are included. The prices are good.

Buffet is a joke, half the food wasn’t there. No bread sticks, no pasta, old pizza and not much of it. No paremsean or red pepper flakes. No straws. The place stunk, the bathrooms were atrocious. Paid over $40 for my family and we for SURE did not get our monies worth. We were told we could have salad yet no salad came. We paid $40 to share 3 half filled pans of old pizza… the hostess was too busy talking on the phone through her apple ear pods to tend to the buffet or bring us the straws and salads we asked for. Never going again.

I had ordered a pepperoni specialty pizza at around 8pm and went to pick it up 20 mins later and it was almost rock hard. It looked and tasted like the pizza was sitting there for an hour. It definitely wasn’t a fresh baked. This was my second time this has happened Don’t go to this Pizza Hut location

Not a fan of this place. You have to order at the counter for dine in, where they ask for a tip before they’ve done anything. Our dine-in food was brought to us in take-out containers. We bussed our own table and refilled our own drinks. I’m not sure how they can even justify asking for a tip.

All you can eat buffet is so worth it. The food comes out fresh and hit. But be warned. You gotta come early to get seated. The dining room fills up really fast. The demand for food is high, so it runs out really quick. But the staff there quickly cooks the food. So the wait time is not long. Maybe 5 minutes top.
