This Pizza has been garbage since they quit making g the dough in house. They use bottom of the barrel cheap ingredients. Hopefully Pizza Hut will go Bankrupt soon along with all the other quality declining major chains. Pizza Hut in the 90’s was Awesome. Pizza hut now is Awful!

The pizza was on time and tasty. No problems there. However, the person in front of me was allowed inside to pick up her order without wearing a mask, as required by law. She took her time, opening each box, so it was not just a grab and go. I would hate for the establishment to be fined or closed, hurting the people who work there and all of the customers who would not be able to get their meals. Please explain this to the employees who take pity on that one person without a mask.

Made an order, online.1 hour later saw pizza delivery drive in and then turned around. when i call main number, got hung up on. I then drove to pizza hut, which was 5 minutes away from delivery site, told them that i saw the driver, but they turned around in parking lot. driver calls me, states that wasn’t my order, they had to go HPP first. waited another 1 1/2 hours, food is delivered, pizza barely warm, and chicken was cold.it took them 2 1/2 hours for my food to arrive. Mind you, pizza hut is 5 minutes away from the delivery site. This was the worst and will never order again.

Pizza wasn’t ready when they said. Wait was 20 minutes just to even get into the registers. The staff refused me a chair to sit in as a reasonable request from ADA. Then when pizza was done staff was too incompetent to even find it. “Manager” was too busy in the phone explaining why they messed up orders to actually do anything. I left with nothing and the manager had the nerve to call me refuse to reverse the charge because I was supposed to stand around forever and wait for those retards to figure it out.

If you are mindful of the rush hour times you won’t be disappointed. If you decide to order during lunch or dinner rush there may be difficulty finding parking or an extended wait for your food, but I believe that is 100% on the customer to take into account.

Ordering was an easy phone call. Already knew what I wanted, and where to pick the pizza up from. By the time I arrived from Volcano, the pizzas were fresh and hot. Cut was a bit wonky, but plenty of condiments and napkins. If it were prettier, I’d give a 5. ^.^
