Hand toss crust good, Pan crust good , Flatzz crust ok (oregano ok), Tavern thin crust not best.
Pepperoni good, cup pepperoni good, grilled chicken good, beef ok, bacon ok, black olives good, pineapple good, red sauce good, sweet red sauce ok, honey bbq sauce better than average, plain boneless chicken very good, cinnamon breadsticks good, icing halfway edible, (I wish the regular breadsticks had a plain option), chocolate chip cookie meh.

It was my first time buying from there and I found a thick black hair in literally the last slice of pizza, and it wasnt mine since I have fine hair and this hair was like tucked under the pizza slice. So im very sure its not my hair.
Called the store and Andrea answered the phone and wasnt any help. No offer to replace the meal. Just a sorry and that allegedly no one has thick black hair working.
This is very disappointing and then she said she couldn’t even find my number where I placed the order and she just told me tp call door dash. And then she just hung up on me.

Bad Customer Service Super Rude Messed Up on my order 2 times telling me that it is a PAN. Thick crust, which it was not? They shouldn’t be having people working over there. Especially with no customer service, and this is coming from a head chef and restaurant owner ♂️ two and a half hour wait

We have ordered regularly from this location since the Yuba City location closed. Have never had a bad delivery until 11/5. I don’t normally the pizza once it is delivered, as I’ve trusted the process, and have enjoyed Pizza Hut since my youth. However. When we decided to have dinner later and opened the box, the pizza had slid down towards the top (see picture). That had never happened in any of our previous orders, and we were disappointed. The delivery driver from Door Dash on this order needed to do a better job; it’s as if he put the box in his backpack!! It is unfortunate thst he still received a tip for that service.
I then called the Marysville location and spoke to Justin. He offered us a free remake which we accepted, and it was delivered in 30 minutes.

Food is usually good here but if there is an issue with your order they will make it right, to be honest the pizza I ordered yesterday wasn’t the greatest I had, however after talking to Rob he made things right and today’s pizza was one of the best I have had in a long time from pizza hut, although there are sometimes mistakes I still highly recommend pizza hut for customer experience and budget friendly tasty food
The pizza in the picture below was the large supreme with extra white sauce and extra cheese and stuffed crust we received today as a replacement
it was delicious, however in my personal opinion I did not find The Big New Yorker to be a tasty value nor did I find it to resemble a actual New York Style Pizza, However I will still continue to do business with this pizza hut as there are many other things I do enjoy from them
and do recommend them to other customers, hope my review is helpful

Very tasty. I loved the Detroit style (although I don’t think have it anymore, right now) and the thin crust is crispy and tasty. The chicken wings have several flavors including an aggressively hot flavor, hotter than most places from which you can get Buffalo wings delivered.

Ordered carry out and my order was hot & ready when I stepped in as I was greeted before I reached the counter. I Ordered two thin & crispy pizzas and both were cooked perfectly and had cinnamon sticks as well which were delicious soft and crispy bits
