Food was hot and customer service was standard but I have three issues:
1. They were missing one order of wings which I had to drive back and get.
2. One of my pizzas was supposed to be Pan crust but they were both hand tossed.
3. One of my pizzas was supposed to be a different sauce and extra of it.
Side complaint: how are dips not included in an order of wings?
The customer service was quick and they were doing the best they could do on New Years Eve. Because of this, I didn’t give a two star.

The triple treat box is pretty good. Two medium pizzas, bread sticks and cinnamon rolls. Only gave it 4 stars because the cinnamon rolls are really small compared to the commercial and the pan crust was a bit soggy. Other than that, everything was good. The delivery was fast. Will order again.

Instead of going out to eat on Valentine’s Day. We ordered the heart shaped pizza from Pizza Hut on florin rd. What a mistake. I didn’t check the pizza in store, but when I got home and open the box, it was not a heart shape. It was so dry and burnt. We didn’t even eat it. I don’t understand how they made this pizza and had the audacity to box it up and give it to me After I paid for it. Super disrespectful. Disgusting.

I ordered pizza in instructions I included request to call when arrive. About time pizza was forecasted to be delivered I looked at app. It went from 2 minutes and slowly climbed to eleven as I watched driver leave area. I called store and was told everything was fine and call back if issue. I then get a text saying pizza was handed to me. I called back to store and was informed there was nothing get could do except offer me in store credit or I could contact door dash about refund. I never picked door dash. Then three hours later I get a text from door dash saying they were outside with delivery. Pizza Hut no longer offers a corporate number to contact about problems. Ii have added pictures of text to help you make deco about ordering from this location

Love the pan crust thats all. Dont offer cheese or peppers like other joints and u just buy the small bottles or u aint getting it. They changed up on us and need to keep it like other pizza joints or they will be left without any locations

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in YEARS and just so happens I found one . I called right before closing not knowing what I wanted. The woman taking my order was so patient and helpful. The food didn’t take long . Hot and fresh when it arrived. Delicious pizza excellent customer service! My new go to pizza spot!

I usually always come to this location, but this time my order was so bad and messed up for one the lemon pepper chicken was soggy and there was a liquid in it. I’ve ordered this before and the chicken never looked like that! And the marshmallow cookie never looked like this neither , it’s supposed to look fresh and marshalled separated not in just one area. And the burnt cheese bread. Very disappointed ! They have to fire some one cause they dont know what they’re doing in the kitchen ! Very sad this is poor quality! I placed this order yesterday ugh I wasted $47

I don’t expect much from Pizza Hut considering the area but laughing and playing, exchanging social media with customers, and not answering the phone when a curbside order has been ready for 15 minutes is ridiculous. The employees need additional training on greeting customers as well. I WATCHED them not answer the phone and had to go inside to get my cold pizza.
