This has got to be the worst Pizza Hut for third-party delivery like DoorDash. Twice in one night I ordered online specials and waited 30+ minutes each time. The first driver wandered around my whole apartment complex, and the pizza arrived cold. I called to complain and reordered, but the second delivery had the exact same issue. Complete waste of time and very frustrating. If Pizza Hut relies on third-party delivery, they need much better coordination and accountability.

Great customer service from Daniel the Manager and his team. Either I frequent the store too much or they have great memory but I am greeted by name and my order is accurate. They don’t make customer service in Fresno like this anymore. Give the team a raise and a tv in the lobby..ijs

I spent so much of my childhood in pizza huts as a kid. Playing the jukebox and Galaga in the corner. It was a vibe. Sadly it doesn’t have that vibe anymore but the pizza is decent. Grabbed a cheese and a pepperoni/sausage combo. The cheese pizza was decent. Not alot of sauce or cheese even after ordering extra cheese. So pizzas were basic but ok. Staff was awesome and very professional.

Every time I order, please keep in mind this is for delivery service only. The Fresno location , has no delivery drivers only third party door dash which is usually awful it’s like explaining to a blind drunk guy who doesn’t speak English where I am at. And it seems like the entire ethnic population in Fresno is employed by door dash. To make matters worse on multiple occasions the drivers have asked me to come outside my apartment after I explain I’m disabled and that’s why I cannot come out. The other primary complaint I have is Pizza Hut is so cheap they quit including napkins and plates. Now it has become hit and miss with receiving them upon requesting them. Long are the 90’d over with where you would order Pizza Hut and receive plates napkins and a full regulation basketball with every order. What happened?

I expected a better pizza to be honest! I don’t like pizza with to much is tomato sauce etc! If there’s going to be to much of anything, make it cheese right! because we never complain about that and we have to pay an arm & a leg for it!

The pizza was great BUT the employees were less than helpful. They charged us $ 36 for 1 thin crust pepperoni and olive and 1 small bottled soda! Outrageous but love that pizza!!

Service and food were great. The staff that I interacted with on New Year’s Eve were friendly and made my pick up quick and easy. There was one employee that made my day by giving me a quick greeting, a “stay safe” and a “Happy New Year’s”. Only minor complaints. Tidy up the front area where customers stand in while waiting. The outside is really hard to clean I get that, but even though I wasn’t inside that long that’s what stuck in my head even as I am typing this review.
