I ordered a pick up order from here and one of my pizzas was tampered with? I don’t know if they dropped it then reassembled it or ate it I don’t know but they were able to make it for me and the worker said the dough just broke apart and said it just looks like a normal pizza? But I don’t wanna eat tampered with pizza it looks gross

I waited to review this place because had two horrible experiences there and after a long discussion with the store manager I decided to give them one last shot. That experience was better. Now to see if they keep it up or go back down hill. The food was correct ready on time and the last time customer service was good

Ordered 2.5 hrs in advance. Still had to wait 30 minutes for my food. Pizza was dry, pasta was tasteless, breadsticks were gross.

My son called to order a cheese and a Hawaiian pizza for me and when he hung up he said it was over $50! I called back in 10 seconds and told the girl that it was to pricey and to cancel it. She said I could get the special 3 topping large pizza for 15.99 so I just added toppings to the cheese pizza and bacon to the Hawaiian. She was very pleasant and I thanked her. 1 minute later I was called by a very rude man who said I can’t change it because they were made already. I told him that he couldn’t possibly have made 2 pizzas that quick and even if they were starting them just add the toppings to the cheese. He he can’t because they were done already, which is impossible. And then he hung up on me. This is only the second negative review I have ever left but I feel like people should know about this service.

It’s been years since I’ve eaten a Pizza Hut pizza. This one in Los Banos on Pacheco Pass was worth waiting 15 minutes for a Medium cheese pizza.
The crust was crispy, the sauce was tangy and the cheese was very tasty. I hope other Pizza Huts are the same. We’ll see on the next visit now that this one has raised the bar. Thank you Pizza Hut Los Baños!
