Don’t even waste time ordering from here! They definitely don’t deserve anyone’s money. it’s so nastyyyyy! pizza dry, cheese unflavored, cinnamon rolls taste weird, bread sticks hard! The only thing that was somewhat decent were the boneless wings. I wasted almost $40. smh they need to be shut down immediately!! I should’ve listened to the previous reviews! run the other way!!

Ordered pizza from here and i saw 2 workers flirting around, don’t know what else what they were doing but im pretty sure the accidentally Dropped stuff in my pizza. Didn’t get the other workers name but the Girl worker’s name is Jaden. Would’ve enjoyed our pizza if i didn’t get disgusted

Overpriced, greasy. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza. It didn’t really have chicken — just a bunch of low-quality cheese and the leftover ends of some peppers. Will not be returning to Pizza Hut.

Wow has this company taken a turn for the worse!! Not only are they way over charging and ripping customers off for a pizza $30 for one large 2 topping…. But they also found out another way to screw over their customers, by charging $1.50 for packets of cheese and peppers, which always used to be free. Are you guys serious?!? Not only are y’all getting orders wrong at this specific location, but the quality has diminished tenfold in the last 5 years. I’m positive that was my last 30 dollar pizza of which was made by a tweenager who doesn’t know quality from quantity. And y’all completely got rid of your drivers?!?! For Uber eats?! That company won’t be around much longer, so what happens then? And what happens if the order from a delivery is messed up and the customer lives 15 mins away? Uber eats ain’t gonna come back n redeliver a pizza for free….. Just saying treat others the way you wanna be treated and the world will be your oyster!

2 hours after our order, my husband looks out our front door to see if we can see anyone coming, and our pizza is sitting on our porch stone cold. We had been waiting by our door and never got a knock or door bell ring. Starving, I called Pizza Hut about it, and the lady was talking over me saying “this happens all the time. This happens all the time” “it’s because we utilize DoorDash when we’re busy” “I’m jus trying to explain to you why this happened” and if this really happens all the time, how are you in business?? I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut and DoorDashed Pizza Hut several times from this location and never had an issue. I spent $74 dollars for stone cold pizza, and she offered a credit for next time or to remake it. But my husband and I haven’t eaten all day, and we’re not waiting longer for them to give us our order correctly. I just hope the supposed credit they added to our phone number actually works next time and this doesn’t happen again. How can you “utilize DoorDash” and never tell the customer their pizza was there? Not a text. Not a call. Not an update on the site. Fifteen minutes before my husband went to our porch, the site updated to tell us it was on the way. But obviously that wasn’t true. I would’ve preferred a refund for this awful service.
Edited to add: after warming everything in the oven, I got terribly sick within an hour of eating. The night’s gifts keep on giving ☹️

Pizza Hut has changed. The breadsticks were leathery and tough to chew. The Chicken Alfredo pasta was dry and smaller than expected. Pizza was ok, but I spent $20 on a medium pizza and almost $40 (including tip) on mostly terrible food. Curbside pickup, however, was fine. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t order again.

We ordered the family meal with two medium pizzas, breadsticks and chicken wings. The pizzas were missing have the cheese n toppings!! Very dry! The chicken wings were breaded. And the breadsticks were too dry. I was very disappointed. It used to be my favorite pizza for years!
