For context of this review as of 2/22/2025 I went to try to order a 50 dollar value meal order for my family around 8pm I was confirmed of my order over the phone. As i waited just about an hour nothing showed so I called on the status of my order and was lied to saying it didn’t process over. So I tried to talk to support about it and was hung up on after I requested the district managers number and corporate number to file a complaint in a professional manner. So never will order anything again from this company. Ordered at Papa John’s came less than after that shitty service from pizza hut. I guess you can out pizza the hut after all.
got a reply from the owner pretty sure its an automated response system to make it seem like they do care. if you honestly want insight from a loyal customer here is some pointers. when someone ordering over the phone the employee needs to confirm all the information provided, confirm the order total, confirm that the caller wait time will be estimated based on order intake and status of order. called in advance if there is any issues with the order or if they need to update any information provided. that’s pretty much it if you want to make me happy as a customer fix your staff first …….then we will talk when you can accurately give me accurate information to contact you directly

Found myself chewing and choking on plastic cooked into my cheese pizza. Just know Garrett (who claims to be the manager) won’t credit you back your order if it happens to you. And didn’t care that I tipped the driver!

By far the worst experience I’ve had with Pizza hut. Especially this location. The manager sucks!! Does know how to give customer satisfaction. They messed my my order that was paid for. I had to go back n forth twice! And still didn’t want to give me the pizza I paid for.

After messing my pizza up three different times and one of those times actually losing it and giving it to somebody else I stood there for almost an hour waiting for the right pizza. I spent more time there then I did at home eating the pizza. I wouldn’t suggest going to this one I would highly suggest using a different Pizza Hut even if it is further from your location.

$28 for a large pizza with huuuuge crust. They charge extra for different crusts, like why? Its flour, oil and water. They charge for parmesan cheese smh. Domino’s and Little Caesars is the way to go if you want convenient fast food pizza. NOT pizza hut. Would NOT recommend spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. The food was horrible. The pizza was cold. Breadsticks were stale, and somehow the unopened soda was flat. This pizza was probably the worst pizza I have ever had. 9/16/24
