From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed uninterested and annoyed. No one greeted me, and I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. When I finally placed my order, the employee taking it acted rushed and impatient, barely listening and cutting me off mid-sentence. It honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there.
The wait time was much longer than promised, and there was no communication or apology for the delay. When I asked politely about my order, the response I got was rude and dismissive, as if I was asking for something unreasonable. Other customers around me were clearly frustrated as well, which says a lot about how poorly the situation was being handled.
When the food finally arrived, it was carelessly packed, and part of the order was incorrect. Instead of apologizing and fixing the mistake, the staff member argued with me and acted defensive, which only made the experience worse. Customer service should be about resolving issues, not escalating them.
I understand that restaurants can get not busy, but that is no excuse for rude behavior, lack of communication, and zero accountability. A little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this visit left a very bad impression, and I will seriously think twice before returning to this Pizza Hut location again

Called again again? Put on, hold called a third time, chose the order a pizza option. They listened to us and then sent us back to the store, which again put us on hold.
We called several times. each time we’re told If we didn’t get the pizza soon to make a complaint, they charged our credit card. We never got a pizza. You cannot get ahold of the store directly. You only go to a customer care. Dept., that is not in this country I believe, As they do not seem to understand english. Horrible service. It actually did say at 1 point in time on the app that our pizza was gonna be delivered in 6 minutes and then it went to 2 minutes and then the whole thing just disappeared. No clue what the problem is. We have ordered from This Pizza Hut several times and never had this problem. I don’t know why there is a problem now.
Update: after being told the store manager would call back in 5-15 mins to address my concerns, it’s been 2 days. I was finally able to get a chat agent who offered compensation for boneless wings but couldn’t offer a refund for the missing drinks. Normally I’m not much of a complainer but with how hard it is to even contact anyone I need my funds back for ALL missing items. Now awaiting a call that could take 1-3 business days ffs. It should NOT be this difficult!
UPDATE: Here we are almost 3 weeks later. Still unable to get anyone on the phone. Still no call back. Sent an email to the address provided by the owner below before they even responded to my review & still no response from there as well. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here anymore.
