Feb. 8th superbowl our family bought wings fries and pizza , everything was cold ,the pizza was burnt cardboard , after the game we returned and spoke with the manager Manuela ; she was aggressive, rude , argumentative, denied us a refund/credit etc. , she even brought different customers into our conversation , when we started to record her behavior she then started to call the cops and we were so nice , not demanding and not arguing just trying to state the facts, we couldn’t believe she was the manager , I would post the 1/2 video that proves everything im Typing in this review but I don’t think it’s legal . I hope pizza hut pays attention to who they place in supervisor positions cus all my years eating pizzahut I have never bought burnt/cardboard for a superbowl ,I have never been yelled at and cops called on me because of a poor pizzahut employee , this was the 1st time I was disappointed and dissatisfied by pizza hut . Manager Manuela was on the cashier ,even the pizza cooking staff are at fault to even let a burned pizza go to the customer , I won’t ever go to the pizzahut in tulare,ca. On prosperity again , the whole pizza staff need to be orientated again or something. superbowl was ruined even the wings were cold and fries soggy but what else could we eat for the game , we weren’t demanding at all , I never want to get anyone mad who is preparing my food , Manuela was just arguing and denied any compensation and threatened us with cops , what a waste of money , time and bad memories on a huge day .

I know working customer service sucks. I did it for a long time. But you know what also sucks? Working customer service, looking forward to pizza and not getting the pizza you want. Husband ordered AND PAID FOR a cheese pizza with extra cheese. THIS IS NOT EXTRA CHEESE! I should not see pizza sauce peeking out. The cheese should be oozing off the slices, and sticking to things. What’s more, it doesn’t taste fresh. Pretty sure we were given a pizza that had been sitting in the oven from someone else’s order. I’m eating it. Not sending my husband back cuz he shouldn’t have to waste the gas. I don’t know who the blame goes to whether it’s a lazy employee, a lazy manager, or a stingy corporate/district manager. I’m not asking for anything fancy, but when we pay you extra money for the extra cheese, GIVE US EXTRA CHEESE. I’m tired of being short changed. I could have gotten the same quality of pizza from a hot n ready Little Ceasar’s, but for much less. Please fix the issue. Severely disappointed with my pizza night I’ve been waiting to be able to afford for months.

Normally have a good experience here but 2025 NFL kick off they were ill prepared for gameday. Online order and it said ready at this time and upon arrival I was told it would be an extra 5 minutes, long story short I watched my pies sit under the heat lamps for 15 minutes while they crew waited for my wings to get done. I ended up waiting 25 minutes in their itty bitty lobby and was not offered any compensation for lack of incompetence. I’ll take my business else where next time

We Went on july 10th to redeem my kids rewards from the book app they had this summer and encountered some worker who must’ve hated her job or life. She didn’t want to give us the pizza cause apparently she could tell “my kids didnt read the books” I didn’t know it was her job to see if my kids could read. First and last time we go. Was attended by some old lady with glasses.

I normally don’t have issues with this place. The pizza is always fresh tasting. But I received a pizza that had hair and possibly mold baked into it. What made it worse was that I had already started eating it before catching the hair. I called and they had me wait an extra 30 mins to get a fresh one on top of me already waiting 30-40 mins for the initial delivery. The person I talked to on the phone responded with “I don’t see how that could’ve happened because our people wear hair nets but sorry about that” we got our pizza but was skeptical about eating it. It might be a while before I order here again, if ever.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza thought I ordered pepperoni with chesse turns out I only ordered it with chesse when not even a minute to ordering a staff member from pizza hut named Baltimorere called to double check my order. This gentleman went out of his way to call and make sure when he did not have to thank you so much, we truly appreciate it

Got 3 free personal pizzas from Book It for the kids, I placed the order but when I went to pick them up the lady told me she canceled my order and that she tried calling but didn’t pick up, checked my phone and didn’t have any missed calls then she proceeded to ask me if the kids were with me and I told her they were at home, don’t know if she didn’t want to make them or what but when I got there she was sitting, talking with the other workers and laughing.

Today I received a phone call from Manuela Morales and she wasn’t able to do anything for my order didn’t even try to fix it. She just said I ordered what I ordered and that was just basically it. I wanted traditional wings not boneless. And I thought ranch came with all wing orders which they don’t. Looks like I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again. I spent $75 dollars there including tip. Very disappointed

Poor customer service. Very disappointed experience. A simple fix to a solution was refused and the only solution was to call my credit card company and dispute the cost. Please train your team better.

Was notified my food was ready and went to go pick it up. There was a lot of people, was told the food wasn’t ready, and they started canceling orders including mine.
