Avoid this pizza hut as much as you can. The manager is unethical. Two of my kids worked here and the things they saw would turn your stomach. Upper management cares less about what the store manager does.

This is a place where they have dine in. Love this place. Pizza comes on the table right after oven. Service is excellent. Tha girl name Gloria gave us excellent service.

Bought 9 pizzas from this location 5 of them were burned some were charred from the top totally unacceptable tried calling the manager they would take 1 hour to replace my pizzas there was no resolution. my guests had to eat burned pizza for lunch which I payed full price to obtain an at least ok pizza at the time it was promised from the place I used to love as a kid.

I could’ve given this place a 2 stars but 3 stars I think it’s enough for anyone to think about before ordering their food from this place. We did a carry out order via the app and all smooth app said be ready in 12 min then we get to this place to pick up and pizza was ready. Problem was that when we open it we didn’t feel any heat. Plus it was a double pepperoni and we literally saw about 6 pepperonis in the pizza. We didn’t want to touch the pizza at all but we’ve ordered pizza on weekly basis and knew that pizza been sitting around longer than 12 min. We brought it up to the guy that brought it to us and he said that they could make another one but it will be more than 20 min wait due to happy hour just started. What ?! Mind boggling. We stood there and look at this guy like he didn’t just tried to give us a pizza that been sitting there cold and expect our kids to eat it. Thing is that wasn’t the only problems we also been having since the past there’s always something w this place. We actually wanted to give them a chance and the benefit of the doubt too many times. Manager nonchalantly offered us credit. We decided not to order from this place ever again. Mistakes happens but after more than few time happens to the same customer a business should recognize that they have failed that customer. I can assure you that we probably ain’t the only one. Let that this review be a warning. Don’t say it will not happen to you. It’s just a matter of time.
