I just ordered the big new Yorker Crust tastes like cardboard. Very little sauce, very little cheese. Very little pepperoni. as hard as The box that it came in. Will never order the new Yorker again, not worth the money nor the taste. They shouldn’t even have it on the menu. Very sad.

Super bummed – tried to order last night around 12:30am and they called me to tell me they can’t make it that last call is at 12:30am and cancelled my order. This was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut. The only reason I wanted to try them was because Domino’s was closed. I’ve never had Domino’s Pizza ever do that. Plus, I could have made it as I live 2 minutes away. Maybe the staff just wanted to leave early, but nonetheless it’s unprofessional. Change your hours to that you close at 12:30am then

Pizza Hut has very poor quality in its pizzas. I bought a pizza and they gave it to me cold pizza , I ordered it with ham and pineapple and they gave me slices that looked like tortillas. I called the store and the person who answered the phone her name is Camila and she told me that she couldn’t do anything and hung up the phone. I have always bought at Domino’s for many years and I have never had a problem but this time we wanted to try Pizza Hut and I regret having spent $60.00 dls on pizza that looked like 7 Eleven pizza hahaha. Check this store reviews first, there is people who have ordered pizzas and they have get pizza even with hair.

There was a small hair on my pizza that I removed, but then seen this long one on a different slice and instantly got disgusted. The cooks should wear hair nets at all times working with food.

I just spent nearly 15 minutes placing a phone order, and it felt more like interacting with a machine than a representative. They kept repeating themselves, making the process unnecessarily long. It’s becoming a pattern that’s led me to stop ordering from Pizza Hut. I decided to give it another try today, but once again, I was disappointed by the quality of service.

Management here is extremely rude stating children need to be present to claim book it rewards which is not included in the certificate we have redeemed these throughout the summer I’ve never had an issue but for some reason this time they wanted to make it clear but we will not be returning to this location as the pizza was extremely wet leaving the box extremely soggy a lot of changes have happened to this location and it seems to just become worse and worse

First time in a long time ordering here and and it will be my last. I ordered large pizza that looked more like a medium. I live close to the place and when i got home it was cold and really thin. I had to pay for the grated cheese and crushed pepper when other places they give it to you for free. I also ordered wings and they were also cold when I got home but tasted ok. For everything I payed more than $74 for 8 smalls and thin slices, it was not even worth it. They were so thin that when I got the pizza the box didn’t even weigh I had to open it to make sure there was food in there and not just and empty box. I can get a better pizza at Rosa’s Pizza for way less. For now on I’m sticking to Rosas pizza this place is not even worth the food.

I seriously don’t know where to start, but can I just say the customer service is horrible when it comes to the manager. I had an incident where I ordered my food online for delivery and it never arrived. I called a bunch of times and they never answered so I called the next day where they finally picked up and was handed the phone to the manager and she basically said and I quote, “I’ll have to speak to the driver and the person that worked that night shift but it’s their day off so I don’t wanna bother them so I’ll contact u on Friday.” So I told her, “so I have to wait two full days in order to get some explanation to what happened to my order??” Mind you I have ordered my food on Wednesday. I was already frustrated the fact that I may have lost $32 worth of food and plus of that the manager wasn’t taking it serious and was being rude about the situation. So Friday finally came around yet no call, so I called back after the i don’t know how many times trying to reach them and she basically ended up saying “the food was delivered and said the name of the order to confirm.” So I asked her, “how is that even possible?!, so that means I can’t get a refund for a food that I ordered that was never delivered to me but to the wrong address and on top of that I had to wait TWO FULL DAYS to get some of update on my order?” Then she said, “well nope we can’t do much since the food was already delivered.” And I was trying to explain to more from the situation yet she didn’t wanna hear it and kept repeating no refund. So in all I didn’t get my food NOR my order and wasted $32 so that’s just great and will be calling my bank and corporate for having such a rude and nasty interaction with “ms.manager” and her name i believe starts with the letter B, which can’t remember since her name was much important as to was for my order, have a good day people and think before ordering from here:)

Horrible Horrible Horrible Pizza Hut branch. The most rude and inconsiderate staff. I wish this branch shuts down ASAP! The staff is giving Pizza Huts name and legacy a bad experience. This franchise should not be allowed to operate. I have had the worst experience ever !!!!! If Pizza Hut cooperation is reading this, please take this franchise away from the owner. They don’t deserve to run a business with Pizza Hut name. They are destroying Pizza Huts’ legacy
