I spoke with someone named Elizabeth Rosa, who said she was the manager, and she told me there was nothing she could do. No refund, no credit, no redelivery without charging me again.
This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility or offer a reasonable solution is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again.

1. The person who had my pizza opened it in the back without my permission. This matters because this location ALWAYS brings the pizza to the front, and in front of me, asks for permission to open it to check if everything is right. The person today did not do that, and was exchanging some words with her coworker with her back turned to me while examining the pizza.
2. The pizza was colder than usual. It’s usually nice and hot. This leads me to believe that either the pizza was old which is why the person opened it with her coworker without my permission, or the fact that she opened it and kept it open longer than they do in front of me made it colder.
The pizza is still very good, but the above two issues are uncharacteristic of this location, which is disappointing, and I want people who are used to this location to know there’s a person here who does not offer the same respect that this location has given before. I hope this was a one off and she just had a bad day, because I really love the way the reps here usually respect us as customers, and it would be a shame to lose that in this neighborhood.
we were in town. We asked for extra sauce on all of our pizzas, and the last time we ordered, they put minimal sauce. But overall, it was good pizza, and the service was great.
