Very disappointed Ordered from here for a third time in 3 years this time for lunch didn’t eat all day just to be disappointed because they don’t carry Meatballs which would of been nice to know after they received my order I didn’t find out until after I got back to work and didn’t feel like driving back nor could I called the assistant manager and he just shrugged it off when asked why I didn’t receive a phone call about them no longer carrying meatballs it would of at least gave me a chance to get other toppings if I wanted to continue with the pizza I ordered instead I was stuck with it he wouldn’t accommodate the mistake and I had to eat the cost.. Third and final time ordering from Pizza Hut as my previous review stated I was offered a credit which wasn’t applied to my phone number and yet again I gave them another chance

I ordered the Ultimate Hut Bundle (which consisted of pizza, wings, and breadsticks), extra wings, and a 2-liter bottle of Diet Pepsi. Not only did they send regular Pepsi instead, but they also did not send ANY of the wings I ordered. When I called to try to resolve the issue, they refused to offer me a refund.
Unless you want your order to be screwed up, don’t give these people a penny.

Horrible. I ordered a large double pepperoni, regular crust pizza that was as thin as cardboard, no joke. Dry as a cracker. Sauce and cheese dried up. Like it was in a warmer all day for a week. It was not cheap either, $26. Don’t order from here!

My friends and I ordered a Large Hawaiian pizza and 18 wings for delivery. After the order, taxes and delivery fee the total came out to just under $75; however, when on the phone and placing my order I was told the order would be $53 and some change after taxes. I was never once told about the ridiculous HIDDEN FEES such as the delivery fee and whatever else they tack on. Driver came to my door and didn’t offer me any receipt or anything of the sort even to sign. Convenient when you want to drive up prices on NFL Sunday.
Called to get a copy of my receipt and the worker told me their computer was extremely slow and couldn’t send emails. Really? Y’all don’t communicate with corporate via emails and online communication? But hey they offered to fax it. Ridiculous.
The affordable and quality Pizza Hut of the 90’s is gone my friends.

I was happy with my order, it was national pizza day, it was supposed to be $7.00 an item. I got a medium 1 topping for $9.00, the wings were $8.00, which was fine, it’s California so I guess it’s expected. It was actually the best pizza hut experience I had in the last several years, unfortunately they use door dash to deliver, door dash drivers seem to not be able to find my business, nor able to communicate in English so that’s a different experience all by itself.

Pizza is always good, only issue i had was when a delivery driver (doordash) took off and didn’t even pick up the pizza but the employees were super helpful and helped make sure I got my food.

I ordered a pizza with pan crust last night and it was definitely not hand crust. If anything it was more like hand tossed. I am a huge fan of pan crust so I can tell when it is not. In addition to this, I had requested for the garlic buttery blend on the crust and it came plain. Last but not least, I had requested for the pizza to be well done and it was no where near crispy. It was soggy instead. I have ordered this same order time and time again, but this time picked it up from a different location since my usual location had no pan crust, but this definitely SUCKED. I hated it.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I usually order and pick it up. But this time I didn’t because I was doing laundry so I decided to order and had it delivered. I called it in and the girl who answered did not understand the name of the street that it had to be delivered and she did not ask me to spell it. So the driver was calling me and I didn’t pick up because I was busy. So then the girl called me too and left a voicemail saying that if I still wanted my order to called them back because the address was wrong. What is taking about I had already paid for it with my debit card. So I called back and she said they had the wrong address I told her I had given her the right address. If she did NOT understand me why didn’t she ask me again. I new she didn’t understand me because she ask me how to spell the street when I called her back. When I said thank you she was so rude and just han up.
