The store was very slow; they told me it would be ready in 3 minutes, and it took 15 minutes. I waited an extra 15 minutes for just one order, and the staff were definitely not willing to work.

Great staff, I was working directly across the street and needed to have a meal delivery sent my way. I informed them that I was able to see there establishment from the seat I was in and asked if they would mind walking it over to my office because it did not make sense for them to have a driver deliver my meal. I was not able to leave my work station at that time. They kindly said yes and delivered my meal so fast it was still hot from the oven. They have great deals for a quick bite to eat. I enjoyed every last bite. I was great appreciative of there service. They get a five star review for there willingness to walk meal across the street I even tipped them well for the delivery putting a Big Smile on the delivery person’s face. I WILL DEFINITELY UTILIZE THIS OPTION MORE OFTEN.

I pick up pizza 2 times a week from this location and am addicted. I’ve been doing this for over a year and the employees always say “nice to see you!” They have never messed up my order and it’s always on time. It’s my favorite Pizza Hut. The one on Harbor was a little unfriendly. So I stick to this location.

This rating is for the “service fee”. The cashier was super friendly, and even reminded me of something I’d forgotten but paid for. My order was correct and prompt.
I ordered online and picked up in store. When I paid I noticed a “service fee” charge. Apparently it’s too expensive to run a business in southern California so instead of raising costs uniformly they charge this fee.
Will not be coming back.
Edit: In response to below, rate everything 5 percent then. Then I’ll come back. Expecting to pay menu price isn’t an outrageous request. Hidden fees are the issue, not the price.

You would think that walk in would eliminate the 3 dollar “service fee” but no.
you can definitely tell the crust quality has decreased
Overall if you’re in a rush or from out of town pizza sLüt holds it down.
But if you want crust that’s fresh and cheese you could pair with wine I’d choose a local Mom and Pop shop every time.

This was such a horrible experience. Called for deliver 2.3 miles away. The person on the phone was very hard to understand. Apparently they don’t deliver that far away. Again, we were 2.3 miles (5 mins) away. So I went there and ordered a large pepperoni, cheese bread and 4 salads. He told me they don’t do salad. We waited and when the order was ready, he handed us a mini pizza and bread sticks. I stated we ordered a large. The jerk literally told me they don’t make large pizzas. It was 7 pm and my grandparents were waiting on us for dinner. So they shared the mini pizza and my mother, 2 little girls & I shared the bread sticks. Pizza Hut had lost a customer for life. Am furious about spending $24. for this and especially being lied to. Grrr. Unbelievable. There are much better pizza places around here, I suggest everyone go to those instead!

Had an issue with the delivery person finding our correct apartment, spoke to manager about receiving a credit since we didn’t receive our order. Called two days later & was told they had no record of our previous order or credit & had to repay again for a pizza that had been ordered, paid for & never received. Kinda frustrating

False advertising. Charged me more at the location even though I ordered online. My price online said a lower price, but once I got to the location they said they had to charge more because I didn’t order online. Even though that’s how they received my order is because I placed it online. On top of it both of orders were burnt. All you can taste is the burnt flavor and when I was at the location it did smell like they were burning something. Manager offered me a 5 dollar credit which wouldn’t even cover half of what I paid. Very poor customer service. I would reccomend going to a different location or save your money and get some food somewhere else.

Only went to pick up an UberEats delivery. This location has a restroom for customers in the waiting area. For someone that’s been driving for a couple hours, it was a very welcome sight and so appreciated. Customer service was great and the food smelled great as Pizza Hut always does.
