February 13-14, 2026 ,Happy Pizza Hut Friday ,to those Pizza Hut Loyalists ,i have been a loyal Pizza Hut Member for 5 plus years and have watched employees and management come and go, to say the least i am totally satisfied with my ordered chicken Melts and Boneless wings and Bread Sticks and Cinnabon Rolls and cheese pizzas .to say the least all of my orders and purchases have always been SPOT ON ,the Pizza Hut Employees who prepare your food have integrity and are professional ,and most important Driven Passion when taking/making your purchased Pizza Orders. so why do some customers talk TRASH about their experiences huge question marks.
Reasonable thinking says ,he or she Attitudes are upset with Inflation ,secondly their wife or girlfriend yelled at them or ,they picked up drama before/while on the way for pickup order, so they brought their FUNKY ATTITUDES to the Pizza Hut , this Costa Mesa Pizza Hut is genuinely Chill and it shows in their Actions and compliments from those customers , the menu prices are and deals are more Chill and customer service are at the Top of Order ,perhaps you were starving and overlooked the deal you wanted (?) when you ordered online, it happens to the best., however may i suggest the next time your stomach tells you to feed it, i suggest you leave that Funky Attitude in the Parking lot ,you may experience a satisfying order pickup, would you not agree !?
This genuinely appreciations are for Ms. Tiffany, Mr. Daniel , Ms. Marylin ,Mr. Javi Mr. Ferny and Mr. memo ,and those exceptional Pizza Hut Employees names i did not mention ,huge Thank You and i genuinely appreciate the Pizza Hut Experiences i had over the Years !!!

I just wanted to provide a shout out to the team that Pizza Hut. On harbor in costa mesa. I asked if they would be so kind as to bring my food out since I had a child in the car and they were happy to do so. Much appreciated. The food was ready exactly or when they stated, it would be. Hot fresh and delicious thanks again!

I ordered today 4 pizza del 2 and. 2 pizza cost $13 each as per website did add some extra toppings and paid almost $75 and in return received only 2 pizza costing $37 each as I called the store manager behaviour was so arrogant moreover refused to give name as well and challenged to to do complaint I don’t why they are showing this kind behaviour to customers rather than sorting it out nicely did ask about refund she also refused and telling me we don’t know about online deals we got order about 2 pizza only I did ask you mentioned bundle order cost $13 each but charged $75 for 2 pizzas ?
Don’t go there I hope owner do something I have sent mail also along with order number and online deals also

Ordered a medium super supreme. Order was made on time but once home I looked and pizza was missing green peppers and barely had any black olive. Not happy with my order at all. If not for the fact I had to feed the family, I would of turned around and taken it back, gotten my money back and we could of ate McDonalds for less and been full.

I just ordered pizza, wings and Pepsi but the first person (a guy) to help me was not…answering properly to my two (2) only questions. It’s Wednesday and who knows what’s with him. He had to transfer me to a very nice lady who actually got my order right. Just the way I wanted it. But, at the end, with no greetings, they just hung up Customers don’t expect that. Never.

We had ordered pretty late around 9m and it was over the phone we went to pick it up our pizza ended up being made wrong so we spoke to the cashier who name is daniel he ended up fixing our order and gave up complimentary cheese and pepper ! Thank you so much daniel for being patient with a crabby pregnant lady ! Lol

Horrible service told me my food would be there at 5:45 and I had called them back some guys answered and said pizza was on the way. I can back and it’s been a hr and the manager said she cancelled while she started laughing at me I told her that not nice my kids are hungry we have been waiting and you now want to tell me you canceled my order .. with no notice at all she stated she called and no one called back as she still laughed and did give me my order horrible service

I ordered supreme stuffed crust with extra sauce and extra cheese.. Their website said 30-40 minutes. With this all written, delivery was 60 minutes, the pie was a cold and no extra sauce or cheese….. I expect obstacles, but I had to call about my order and then it showed up cold. Not impressed…..maybe next time.

I tried ordering last week and had to call because I did not get my order and the person on the other side was just very flippant about it and said that’s life. Gave them another chance a couple days ago. The pizza arrived as stated,Only problem was I got cheese pizza when I ordered the 3 toppings.
