It’s been a while since I have eaten at Pizza Hut, and longer since I have written a review. The food was terrible and gross. Everything was way overcooked, the wings had a few drops of sauce (feels like they forgot about it), and was mostly hard breading. The pizza dough was really flat/hard, and tasteless. As I read the reviews now, it seems like my experience was pretty similar to others.

When my wife asked me to pick up Pizza Hut, I cringed because my perception is a dingy place with no seating and unfriendly employees, but wow was I surprised.
This is the nicest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Granted, I’m not a Pizza Hut connoisseur, but this place is nice! It’s clean, employee is friendly, it has a bar with beer on tap and a lot of flat screen tv’s. It’s like a mini sports bar.
Our order was wrong, we wanted light sauce and extra cheese and we got no sauce and light on the cheese, but oh well. I’ll check the order next time.

Hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a while and wanted some Stuffed Crust deliciousness. Tried to be semi healthy by ordering the Veggie Lover’s… let me just say I really dislike the trend of pizza places adding sugar and sweetening sauces. I was expecting that to be honest, but this pie was amazing, and the sauce was hearty and savory. If I ever feel like getting Pizza Hut again, I’m getting it from this location. You can tell the staff prepped the pie amazingly with plenty of toppings and didnt cut corners like taking it out of the oven too early ir anything like that.

I ordered BBQ Chicken Pizza and on the menu it didn’t write the ingredients. You would assume that it is a standard BBQ chicken pizza that doesn’t have bacon but my pizza came with bacon on it and I couldn’t eat it. They made me pay twice for a new pizza to be made without bacon! I know I have to ask them not to put bacon, but how was I supposed to know they put bacon on a standard bbq chicken pizza (which isn’t supposed to include bacon)

I ordered 4 my hut boxes for dinner and the store manager didn’t seem to be familiar with the menu or register. We got home and our melt boxes had no marina so they were just dry wasn’t too good. Then the wings were sticky like they were glazed even though they were supposed to be buffalo and the chicken was supposed to be 4 pieces but it was more 2 and a couple crumbs. Super disappointing I’ve been here a couple months ago and it was really good not sure what happened.

Its not possible unless it was some stale one they just reheat.
Such a bad pizza. Never had this bad Pizza at Any Pizza Hut ever.

Surprised with the location. Great spot and excellent service. They also have beers on draft, even a happy hour! Pizza Hut is really stepping their game up. Thank you Oman for the great service. Will definitely be back!

I live 10 minutes away from this store and have ordered here many times. Last time they didn’t make my pizza right and offered a store credit. Today when I tried to use it, not only did they not honor the credit, the manager flat out said “we don’t have any record of you ever ordering here before so I can’t help you”. It’s one thing to not want to keep your word for store credit and another to just not have basic customer centric approach. Disappointed considering Portola location is in a posh area and this is the level of service Pizza Hut provides. Regardless of the store location, don’t trick a regular customer.
