I always order from this Pizza Hut and my food is always good, but not this time. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and I was very disappointed. The pizza was super flat and it was hard crunchlike pieces on the bottom. The stuffed crust was liquid like and it dripped out of the pizza. The stuffed crust cheese looked exactly like their cream cheese icing and had the same texture. I tried some of the stuff crust and it tasted like it was not done all the way. The pizza literally was breaking apart from the crust and turned mushy like. Never ever eating here again!

I have been coming to this Pizza Hut ever since I have been in Moreno Valley about 10 years. One of the managers (Daisy) has always been extremely nice, super friendly and helpful as well as Kelsey. Everyone in the store is always welcoming and my food always looks and tastes like they handle the food as if it is being made for themselves. Every pizza night my family has we only come to this Pizza Hut because we are sure we are being taken care of with respect and our food being handled with care! I came in to pick up my pizza on July 3rd and when I had walked in there was a white lady ahead of me picking up her pizza. The person helping her was named Kelsey I believe from her name tag. Kelsey helped the lady in front of me with a huge smile and was very friendly and even gave her 2 free ranches. When I , a black male, walked to the counter her smile completely dropped and she was extremely rude. Not only did she charge me EXTRA for ranch she gave me a disgusting attitude. I feel as if her attitude towards me was racially motivated and I feel as if your employee Kelsey is racist. I also noticed while waiting for my pizza she was being really rude to her black coworker but super nice with the other white man who was working. Kelsey is definitely racist and I no longer will ever feel comfortable eating at this racist Pizza Hut again.

Wow. I wish I could rate this place 0 stars because of how bad it is. The cashier was having trouble with removing an item from my order and had to get help. The so called help was very condescending and rude to both the cashier as well as I, the CUSTOMER! Suggested that I just get the item anyways even though I kept asking for it to be removed. I didn’t want it because it was a whole other extra pizza that the cashier accidentally added. The store wasn’t even busy. I always get Pizza Hut for my family, but after my experience with the incredibly entitled manager “Kelsey” and how she treats her staff; I think my money can go to Dominos.

This Pizza Hut has got to be by far one of the best locations I have visited. The workers always seemed to be on top of things either with keeping the store clean or keeping a smile while taking my order. The manager saw I was having a bad day and made my pizza extra special and made it with care. She took care of me during my time dining there. I enjoyed my experiance and this place continues to be my comfort zone for good food and even better customer service where I feel like home. 10/10 absolutely recommend to everybody!!

I witnessed Kelsey treating her employees in a disrespectful and discriminatory manner. She made racist remarks and singled out certain employees, creating a hostile and uncomfortable work environment for them. No employee should ever have to endure such treatment in their workplace.
It was extremely upsetting to see someone in a leadership position act this way. Pizza Hut should be a place where all employees feel safe, valued, and respected regardless of their race or background.
I strongly urge upper management to investigate this issue immediately and take appropriate action to ensure a safe and inclusive workplace for all staff. . Behavior is disgusting I will never go back until she’s gone and as a black costumer I feel extremely uncomfortable and scared she had a sarcastic way and bad attiude while I was just ordering a pizza to .

I always come here after work the manger is one of the most nicest lady i ever met first and secondly her workers work hard and in this heat they always have good patience i struggle with reading the bored and the workers help me. there so sweet and kind. 10/10 i recommend
