Extremely Disappointing Experience – 1/5 Stars (Wish I Could Give Zero)
I’m still fuming after ordering two medium pizzas from this establishment. For $27, I expected a decent meal, but what we got was disgusting. The five-topping pizzas were under-topped, with barely any toppings we ordered!
But the real kicker was when we took a bite – the crust was raw. Uncooked dough is not only unappetizing, but it’s also a food safety concern. The pizzas were also severely lacking in marinara sauce.
What makes this experience even more disappointing is that we had just come from a long day at the hospital emergency room, and we were all hungry and exhausted. We were looking forward to a hot, satisfying meal, but this place failed to deliver. we won’t be ordering from here again.

Always fresh pizza and wings here at this location on Iris in Perris Boulevard! Come on down and see for yourself it’s never disappointing it’s local to me and it’s one of my favorite locations! There’s always specials and prices that you can’t beat! They remodeled the inside and it’s nice and clean in here looks really nice. Never a long wait when you order in or you can just ask for delivery. Always got to get the classic wings with every fresh pizza that I order never disappointing.

Literally ordered a ONE topping pepperoni pizza and nothing else and they couldn’t get that right. They sent me a whole cheese pizza and I used delivery. They said I can come pick up a new one, pay attention.

Made an order about 2hrs in advance. Tried calling to get an update because I didn’t get the food at the time I requested and to see if it was canceled. They kept hanging up the phone so I had to take an extra step to go to the option of placing an order through thetc phone just to find that the person who helped me out said my order didn’t seem to be moving and it will take about 30 minutes to be completed when taking consideration that I placed it 2hrs in advance for that reason.

I will never order from any pizza hut again. I ordered there special 2 medium pizza 2 Cinnabons and 12 wings and it was 82 dollars, I was supposed to have a credit on my account because last time I ordered 2- 48 piece boneless wings. They sent me 1 48 piece with no sauce and the other 1 barley had any I called and asked what happened they said they ran out of bbq sauce. I asked why didn’t you call me, why send me these dry wings and take my money. They didn’t have an answer. They wouldn’t give me a refund they only gave me 15 dollar credit even though I paid 100 dollars for those wings. So today I tried to use the credit and they tell me it expires after 30 days. Smh im so upset and will never give another pizza hut my money again.

Placed a mobile order got there they told me it would be a 5 min wait i leave to wait the 5 mins and i get back the girl had me waiting for 25 mins. Mind i placed the order about 1 hour prior. Poor judgment, and the girl was unprofessional. Short girl with dyed blond hair and super long nails. gives me attitude and doesn’t even want to acknowledge when i ask how much longer it would be. She could have told me 20 mins and i what have waited before hand. It was also already ready and had me waiting longer for no reason. Do better.

I am sad that Pizza Hut is in such a decline. The pepperoni and sausage pizza tasted like it came out of a grocery store freezer. There is no variance in the taste of the various toppings… all tasted like “paper.” Apparently, the company has decided that it will survive based on “cheapening” the ingredients, and that customers will accept that. Service and atmosphere were okay..

General Manager Enrique extremely unhelpful just like the rest of his staff. Placed an order at 6:58pm and still hadn’t received order by 8:25pm go to check my email and order status says will be delivered at 8:58pm. TWO HOURS LATER??? Call the store to figure out what went wrong and the cashier doesn’t tell me she is getting a manager doesn’t tell me she’s putting me on hold and phone goes silent. Enrique then gets on phone and tells me that we received a call to “confirm the order” and I didn’t answer so the order was canceled. So I ask why was I not informed of an email confirmation to cancel because I never received a call to confirm. All he was able to say was “well I don’t have any control over the email so I don’t know if they send an email to cancel”. So my question is why was I not called to say my order was cancelled??? Again all he can tell me is I don’t know? What kind of general manager doesn’t know how his ordering and canceling process works? Was going here because I always have problems with Dominoes and now I can’t even order at Pizza Hut. Worst customer service ever. Should be negative stars.
