I come here about twice a month so it’s easy to say that this place has good days and bad days but the past few times it’s been off. Basically with the cook time it seems like they are busy or just don’t care maybe both. The pizza is too doughy and they have to know this when they go to cut it are you even looking or just throwing the pizza in the box and now this is the first and I’m scared to come back they didn’t even really put cheese on my pizza are you angry out of cheese or just trying to cut a corner and make extra money for your bonus? Of course to say come back let us make it better but why make like this in the first place? It’s hard to tell in the photo but underneath the pepperonis there was absolutely no cheese under most of them or just plain bread Plus it was undercooked needed about 3 more minutes. What’s going on. The only reason why I’m making a review is because they suggested on the box, with a little cutout paper asking to let them know how they’re doing because they care about the feedback.

I am going to get better at taking pictures food before I eat it but yesterday I had the stuff crust one pepperoni the carryout special but like under $15 such a deal and really good I still think Pizza Hut is the best for stuff crust after all these years and I know they did it first I have tried the stuff crust from other people’s Domino’s does it now so does Papa John’s I still think Pizza Hut really is the best for this so far still after all these years the worker was really nice I didn’t catch his name but he was some older Asian guy if you’re in that Pizza hut’s area it’s definitely worth ordering from and don’t get confused you can park by the dentist office and then walk up when your first going down University it’s hard to see until you practically pass it is my only complaint

Good food. Came out hot.. would be more stars but they messed up my pizza twice. Didn’t understand what I wanted. But got a free pizza for waiting about an hour for it.. the wings where ok. Need more meat on them. They were cold, but I should have asked them to refire them.

I DIDN’T ORDER THE MUD SPECIAL
My pizza had dirt and shmutz all over it. Clearly they had failed to wash the mushrooms. When I called to inform them, the manager, through a very thick accent, insisted that it was “a perfect pizza” and refused to give me a refund! They stupidly lost a regular customer. They are as dead as Bin Laden to me now.

I have to say something; as a heads up to others – the pizza, breadsticks & cinnamon breads – literally everything is so horrible – tastes like they used expired or overused oil, the pizzas are as thin as the cardboard they came in, no visible cheese or sauce anywhere, dried and extremely lacking in any culinary effort whatsoever!

They play games on the phone. I first called and they said my pizza was going to be $15.99 tax included. I was about to finish paying over the phone. Then out of nowhere we lost connection. So I called them back and no one knows what I’m talking about. They completely forgot my order. So I try to order another pizza. And now out of nowhere I have to pay $25. Screw that shit.

This Pizza Hut location is super convenient because it’s in downtown riverside next to a lot of restaurants. Clubs, bars, farmers boys ect. My favorite pizza is the one that has cheese in the crust. Toppings,pepperoni, chicken, jalapeños. One exquisite. I highly recommend it.
