Haven’t patronized “The Hut” in a while…tried one closer to me, but their online access was acting up, so I turned to LA Sierra’s , with great results! Heart pizza a touch underdone crust, but white sauce & toppings perfect. Boneless wings impeccable ! Counter server amazing, too ! Definitely coming back.

I’m not the type to complain but I must’ve woken up on the wrong side of the bed… my brownies weren’t cut into squares and the Hawai’ian Chicken pizza I ordered did not have any pineapples and fresh red onions (I added). French fries weren’t seasoned and I asked for extra seasoning.

Called in for pizza home delivery from La,Sierra store. Person taking order was extremely hard to understand there English. When pizza arrived 30 min later pepperoni were crispy, pizza over cooked and bread sticks over cooked. It was supposed to be a treat for my visiting grandchildren.

Ordered online at 4:40pm for carry out time 5:45pm and when I got there at 5:55pm they proceed to tell that THEY MESSED UP my order and that it would another 10 minutes. When I got home they still messed up my pizza as they did NOT put the correct toppings THAT I PAID FOR. NO COMPENSATION AT ALL, JUST RIDICULOUS. RATHER GO DOWN THE STREET TO THE OTHER PIZZA HUT.

This place never fails. I have since stop going to all other pizza places. Pizzahut the only one who gets it correct everytime. You want pizza like soup you get it lol. They have never dropped the ball like the rest of those pizza places.

We received a message our order was out for delivery at 7pm. We never received any notification that it was ever delivered. Then well after 8pm a neighbor from across the street showed up with our pizza. Apparently it was delivered to the wrong home. So not only was our pizza freezing cold by the time we got it, but got delivered to the wrong house. Sitting outside for who knows how long. The neighbor wasn’t even sure if we were the ones who ordered it as there was no slip or information. Thankfully he brought it over and guessed correctly to which neighbor it was. Horrible service.
Update: I emailed the person who responded to my review. I provided her the receipt number, date, time, location, etc. Her response was for me to give her more personal information, like my home address and credit card info, and it was from a 3rd party not anyone from Pizza Hut or that location. Definitely sounded suspect. I’m not going to entertain that. I thought they were interested in addressing the issue. Guess not.

Azscena manager charged tax on EBT ..not to mention it’s illegal and when I asked her she just shrugged it off and charged anyway …I also was supposed to leave a review last month because they didn’t put any sauce on the boneless wings and this time they didn’t put it again so this is actually the 2nd time with no sauce and when I say no sauce I mean you order a set of boneless wings are they super pricey because of the name wing street and they put a small squirt of sauce so I guess they do that to make more profit and make sure you never order it again I guess

PIZZA we like. Don’t like the overly high pricing and the site that tries to rip you off on their deals. Site is the worst and when you just want cheese and don’t take a three toppings they rip you off on extra cheese. Pizza great but rip people off and terrible pricing. So we go elsewhere most of the time. Like buying a good product but should not be charged like its diamonds or gold. Even deals are not great and the site rips you off on extra cheese and on using the deals. Worst company ever and uncool to customers. But OK pizza. Just not worth the overcharging these money swindlers are about.

I use this location often. I tried to order on the app as usual and the it wasn’t working. It charged me and refunded me twice. I called the store and they wouldn’t honor the online prices. The manager offered zero help to mitigate the inconvenience to myself of having to call and pay more for the exact same order. He stated “I have no way to give you that price.” In the same breath he stated “if I did that everyone above us would come down on us”. So which is it? Is it impossible or you simply refused to give me the rate I’d get online because it would be a problem with his manager. As a customer I find it incredibly disrespectful to lie about what you can offer me. I stopped the call and stated I’d order from someone else due to the rude, unhelpful and deceitful nature of the person I dealt with

We have been coming here for years, and food never seems to disappoint us. It’s always great with enough toppings, and the chaser is always trying to help you out and remind you about what deals are going on. They know how to give you wings there’s no disappointment.
