There isn’t anyway that the pizza that was delivered to us was made fresh. My mom order around 3:30 to have it delivered at 5. The pizza was cold and stale. So it has us wondering if they prepared it the second they got the order and it sat there in the box. It doesn’t even taste good. Completely unacceptable. The Cinnabon are also cold and stale. Never ordering from this establishment again

This location offers you to dine in or take out. Placed our pizza order with Elizabeth who provided excellent service. She made our pizzas and they turned out delicious. Not under or over cooked. Cooked to perfection. The crust was even good. The dinning area was nice & clean. Restrooms are clean. Great place for pizza.

I have ordered pizza from this restaurant for years, but this experience was very disappointing. The delivery was taking an unusually long time, so my wife called to check on the order. The male employee she spoke with was unprofessional, disrespectful, and hung up on her abruptly.
I called back myself and canceled the order. The young woman who answered was polite and apologetic, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, this situation has cost you a long-time customer. There was no reason for anyone to treat us disrespectfully, specially when my wife was not disrespectful.

I saw a commercial for the big New Yorker and decided to give it a try. I walked in and was greeted immediately. Very friendly staff. The pizza was not bad for the price. The only set back was the pizza only have 6 prices, so take that into account. If you wanted to dine in, they offer it at this location

Just ordered a early dinner and pizza came hot! The only thing they didn’t have was the soda. That’s all right I drank water with my pizza. The delivery guy was super nice and I will definitely order again.

The pizzas weren’t made in the best possible way. They tasted fine but the toppings weren’t consistent. It’s unfortunate that this Pizza Hut is in an inconvenient location. They need to make a more accessible Pizza Hut near the 395.
