Pizza used to be really good here…but the experience I had today was horrible. Pizza was so dry, wings were horrible very chewy, and the breadsticks had no seasoning whatsoever. You’re better off spending ur money at little Cesar’s or even the pizza from 7 eleven is better than this place .

Today was a great experience with pizza hut (on baseline) in a long time i ordered around 2pm… the pizza was cooked to perfection nice, buttery, crispy and light. Wings were cooked well also… & i tried the bacon cheese bread it was so good and also golden crispy on the edges where it counts. This deserved a review.

Space could use some more chairs considering we’ve been waiting over an hour for an online order to pick up. Space is better than little ceasers so I’d give them credit for at least putting out a couple chairs for customers waiting. Meanwhile the little ceasers literally has a whole dine in section on riverside with a drive thru yet they chose to store old atm machines & use the space for “meetings” and give customers no access to sit in this space or anywhere in general. .

I use the app to place this order. I ordered two ultimate hut bundles. All four pizzas had the wrong crust. The cheesy bacon breadsticks had hardly any bacon on it. I had to tip in the app ( I usually tip the Delivery Driver in cash. Not an option in the app) and charged a delivery fee before I receive my incorrect order. I spent $87.09 for this mistake. By the time I sat down to eat my food, it was cold. I was not satisfied with my order at all. A complete waste of my time and money.

Online order says ready, I still waited 10 minutes to go pick it up. They probably mark it as ready to beat the timer and then try to blame customers for going “late”. I got there and HAD TO WAIT LONGER!! Skinny young girl doesn’t know what she’s doing. They took way too long long, I went home and even had to reheat one side of my pizza box because one side was hot and the other just warm.

Not enough sauce very dry and over priced and chicken was ok but gross tho i don’t know what happend to pizza hutt it’s use to be so good what happened stuffed crust use to be so good now it’s bland it’s weird maybe this place just jipped me on sauces if not I hope pizza hit steps it game up

I ordered pizza for delivery Friday. Driver came with order and provided no receipt. Now today the transaction posted to my account and a tip was added that I did not add or sign for. Have been calling the store and have received no help. Manager will not speak with me. Next step is filing a police report for theft and fraud. This is horrible customer service. The order I received was cold and you can tell it had been sitting for a while.
