After reading the reviews I thought the place would be barren dry, but there were a couple of people there to my surprise. Things that need to be fixed: Paper towel to dry hands after washing in the restroom, the meat lover’s pizza was a bit too greasy, and they need to add this store to the mobile app. The breadsticks are great as always and they were generous with the pizza meat topping, which customers love.

yall are awful, get more workers and fire the current ones i ordered a regular cheese pizza and yall gave me no sauce AND EXTRA CHEESE, my stepmom also put in a review a month ago complaining about the same thing but this time its worse.

Walked in at 6:09pm and they close at 7pm and was told sorry no more orders. They basically only have pizza on the menu and they are rude.

This Pizza Hut is very hit & miss. Sometimes the pizza is made great but most of the times it’s made very lazily to the point where some of the pieces barely have any sauce & cheese. This most recent time they even forgot to put our sauce for our breadsticks in the box. It’s very frustrating never knowing if you’re gonna get a good one or not.

First time going here. It was about 2:30 on a Friday. It was empty. Was greeted upon entry and they took my order immediately. Place was very clean and there is a lot of seating available. They didn’t have personal pans already prepared so took 7 min to make a personal pan sausage (7.59). Was hot and ready when I got it. Employee was nice and friendly. Parking is weird but it’s only my second day here so maybe I didn’t go the right way. I hate Pizza Hut prices but I love their pizza I would recommend.

I called to order they didn’t answer first few times, then when they answer they put me on hold and never got back to me, after about 15 mins I hung up. I went there myself to order a supreme. After I placed order it was nearly 45 minutes til my order was ready. Horrible service, but pizza is good. Nice clean area inside but service was slow. I suggest you don’t call. Just come yourself and expect to wait some time.

My order was somehow completed 4 minutes after I ordered it. I got there and was told it would be 5-10. 4 other people were told the same thing and got there orders before me. After 20 minutes and checking with the cashier she “found” my order in the warmer behind her. The food was wildly undercooked and cold. Would not recommend unless you specifically want Pizza Hut. Other than that Grid Iron is the same cost for better food and service.

Gotta say I am quite impressed with Pizza Hut. I really don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews, a lot of them are really old too. Been there a handful of times and it absolutely slaps. The staff are super nice too. They must have done an overall of the staff and products because it’s solid and I’m usually a die hard Dominoes guy. Fair price too, the My Box is a good deal.
