Unlike the hot and ready pizzas, the made fresh when you order it.. is definitely much better! My pizza made under 10 minutes also was offered the deal of the day! What a blessed Sunday after a great church day. Come order your pizza here the service was great too!! Purchased a NY XL cheese pizza online upon pick up Nathan the store manager had an issue with locating my order. I showed my Pizza Hut no receipt on my Pizza Hut account/ my emailed receipt/ and also my Venmo payment receipt . I was treated as if I never placed an order. I was told they will “REMAKE” a pizza they NEVER MADE AS HE COULDN’T find it in his system. Made the pizza and overcooked the cheese pizza they asked me what I wanted them to do. I asked him what could he do? Mind you I had 3 kids in the car hungry / 2 on the spectrum and are crying for this pizza. Waited for burnt pizza , asked for a drink for the inconvenience and he said No. Wow We eat at Pizza Hut twice a week due to their food sensitivities.I WILL NEVER GIVE ANY PIZZA HUT ANOTHER $1. I hope it was worth it as God don’t like ugly.

Every time I come here, the pizza Is not cooked all the way it tastes like uncooked dough I gave them plenty of chances I was told by one of the workers that their pizza is always like that and it’s always going to be doughy I just ate the cheese off of it. Ok! Let me start by saying Abby is a HORRIBLE manager with an HORRIBLE attitude. I ordered 4 personal pans. Which all 4 came out horribly. I went back inside and let them see the finished product. One of the team members whom was actually nice said I needed to speak with the manager. Ok, fine I’ll speak with her. As soon as I saw her I already knew she didn’t wanna be at work. Anyway I proceed to tell her the pizzas and no cheese on it and could they be re made. She says in a snippy voice there’s nothing they can do about it that’s how it came out. Well Abby that’s unacceptable and ik for a fact you guys don’t normally make pizza like this. So she has her attitude punches on the keyboard with such angry. When I asked her name, she mumbled under her breath and I had to ask twice. Either she needs MORE training or she doesn’t need to b a manager. Very unprofessional. Very RUDE.

Had a horrible experience at this pizza hut. The workers had attitudes for no reason. I had ordered 1 personal pizza and 2 ranch and the work who was taking my order repeated my order. I go back in after 15 min to get my pizza and told the worker I had order 2 ranch and she said I did not order it and I told her the other worker is there and said she added it. She kept trying to charge me for ranch that I ordered already. I thought customer was always right? Horrible service.

Absolutely terrible, doesn’t answer the phone and the girl that was there had a bad attitude. Said her name was Kaitlyn but could have been lying because she had no name tag on. No wonder this place has such bad reviews. Well here’s another to add to it.

Ordered a family deal box pan pizza meal. They called and said there was no pan pizza and substituted us for hand tossed. We got two extremely small hand tossed pizzas and all of the food was cold. Save your money and go to Oggies.
