I’ve never had an experience at this location like today and it was really disappointing. I finally decided to try the Cheesy bites pizza and ended up paying $25.55 for it. It looked nothing like it is advertised and I mean not even close (dry, vem). The employee at the pick up window who charged me and handed me pay pizza was nice, the only upside to my experience.

Horrible place do not ever eat or order from here, I went waited for my pizza just to find a roach walking on my pizza, my friends had ate one then we saw it. DISGUSTING!!! Manager didn’t even want to talk to me and my friends about it or any apologies. The worker still asked if I wanted to take it home.like NO.!

I was part of the winter parade in Coachella last night. I had 25 hungry kids that were going to be dancing in the parade. I’m a business owner in Indio. I walked in to order some pizzas but I also had to use the restroom so I got out of line and walked to the restroom. There was a gentleman in front of me so I waited at the door. I was waiting for maybe 15 seconds when some young ”guy” came out from the kitchen to specifically tell me with an annoyed expression that the restrooms are for customers only and I could not use the restroom there. He didn’t even ask me if I was going to buy anything. I didn’t have an attitude, I simply said okay and I walked away. If this is how you treat people, then you don’t deserve my business or the 25 families that were there with me last night. In fact they said they would never step foot in your place again. Good job!
So anyone out there reading this comment, one star by me and multiple people in these reviews means, stay away. If a corporation is not willing to treat people from their community right, then they don’t deserve our money. They don’t belong in our community siphoning money away from small local businesses. We demand that they do better or get out!

The fact that the cheese wasn’t melted yet somehow the pizza was hard as cardboard really says a lot. The quality of this specific pizza hut has gone down really bad.

The food was good. Although the staff was nice, it’s in a desert city were maybe they dont get so busy. I feel like they all needed triple espressos and help from the manager and other coworkers. Our waiter was trying his best. We went in with our soccer team and families. I speak as an ex server who worked in an environment where we all helped each other out and went at super speeds during busy hours.

I ordered on the Pizza Hut app and had requested the order be ready at 3:15pm but somehow it got sent to the store at the time I ordered it and was ready within 20mins. I drive up to the pick up window at 3:30 to pick up and ring the bell for service, and the guy opens the window as if he’s opening the door at his house very bothered to assist me, gives me a very unpleasant look and says nothing as he bops his head. I say hi I’m here for my order, he said uhh huh, under what name? I Told him my name and he said ohh no we cancelled that order, you were supposed to pick it up at 2:20pm, so we cancelled it. I said ohh no it must of sent to the store when I ordered but I clicked on the later option, but ok then. He said we still have it, but it’s not fresh. I said it’s ok, I’ll take it. Rings me up, I ask for a receipt and says I can’t give you a receipt since it was cancelled. I tell him ok, thank you.
I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut many times, the cheese sticks are my favorite! With this last experience and over all service, is a great disappointment. If that’s the service they believe is acceptable for customers, I’m greatly concerned about the food quality they are serving, cold in my experience.

The dining area really dirty had to move the trash to another table and disinfect my own table. Waitress keep looking at the dining area several time and didn’t even bother going over and picked up the trash from the table or from the floor. There weren’t even any customers were she could’ve felt intimidating to be cleaning around them. It was just my table and another family sitting on the other end of the dining area. This place was really dirty
