What I didn’t appreciate is that after being offered $40 credit and only using $29 and some change of that $40 credit, the manager on duty refused to apply the remaining $9 and change towards the price of my new order, and my following order happened only a maximum of one month later.
This manager felt that it was right and had the audacity to say to me, a red flag returning customer that has been there over and over and over, that maybe the system updated since it updates every three months, even though I corrected him on the timeframe of my last purchase and credit.
He then says to me maybe they took the credit away since I didn’t use the entire $40 at one time, etc. with a face that said; “I don’t give a damn what you’re asking for you’re not getting it.”
I recognized that face, and I said that I don’t care, I’ll just pay full price just like I told the guy who answered the phone when I called to place my order, i.e. I will pay no matter what but please speak to your manager about my remaining credit.
I even asked him if he remembered talking to me about it on the phone because he’s the manager correct and he said yes he is the manager, but he doesn’t remember and that maybe it was a long time ago which it was not and I told him so…
That had to be one of the most uncomfortable and unnecessary conversations I’ve had in a long time nine freaking dollars and a offer that your company and your location made to me for not preparing my food as ordered in the first place.
Additionally, the manager was speaking in such a low volume that I had to ask him to speak up, because I couldn’t hear a word that he was saying.
Let me ask… TO whoever reads this a question, if you complain about a restaurant, the food, and they offer you a refund or credit and then take it away, then you go back, don’t you think that something’s gonna happen to your food the next time if that person is there?
The worst part is, they offered me the credit and then this manager was all upset about it evidently, or having a bad day maybe, but don’t take that crap out on me.
In my original feedback that I submitted, I did it through the website because my pizza was undercooked.
I have been told several times at the restaurant that they didn’t see on the ticket that I asked for WELL DONE, because I had so many toppings on there, and it wasn’t showing at the bottom of the screen.
That was not the first time that I heard that from the store, and even asked, should they do some kind of system correction so that all the ingredients can be seen on this screen or ticket, but I was told no that’s OK.
I like this store compared to the one other Pizza Hut that I went to, so this whole thing stinks to high heaven, and I hate it.
When I actually checked my pizza before leaving and it doesn’t look right I asked them was it cooked well done and each time I’ve asked they say no it wasn’t but we’ll run it through again we forgot or something to that effect.
Should I not get what I ordered and how?
Should I not get what I pay for?
Should I have to feel bad about receiving a credit that was offered me?
Should I have to worry about somebody doing something to my freaking food?

I called the store immediately to talk to someone. The first thing they said was we’ve been having a problem with our oven. So knowing that you have a problem with your oven, you proceed to send BURNT food out anyways with no care at all. I wanted a refund right away.
My kids took one look at the food and just kept asking why does it look like that. The manager himself said he wouldn’t even order from that place.
They are in multiple health code violations and judging by everyone else’s bad reviews this place for sure needs to be shut down. NO PART OF MY PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE
