Bought an xl pizza, extra cheese, and 4 other toppings. Skimpy on the toppings and no cheese pull. For 5 toppings I expected the pizza jamed with toppings but it was not. Extra charge for pan cooked, no dip, no parmesan cheese, no red flakes, no plates and I still gave them a tip for a puck up. :/

However they have a new manager now and I have to say she’s doing a great job, the store was clean, the food was tasty and the extra cheese I was talked into was totally worth it. I will be coming back soon, keep it up pizza hut!

This location is very slow.. Guests we’re not greeted when they entered the business. Normally There’s only 1 employee.. Today it was 2. Online order Was not received until 10 minutes after it was stated that it was ready. The sauce on the pizzas are minuscule Amount. I was told by one of the employees that they put the sauce on the crust before the pizzas even ordered. That way they can quickly make The pizzas When orders come in. What kind of crap is that. This location sucks.!! My friend and I are very disappointed.

Gavin is a very good hard worker. I walk in to order a pizza to go, and Gavin is there taking an order then he takes mine. Then he runs to that back and makes pizzas and runs back to the front to give pizzas to other customers that have ordered.

Tonight I got on my app and seen I had points to redeem. Being that I’ve spent so much money with them in the past. However I redeemed my points for one pizza and ordered a second to pay for, I got to the restaurant and they were only trying to give me the one I was paying for and not the free one my rewards covered. The manager was no help non whatsoever! I showed her proof because clearly my points were deducted from my account! She did nothing! She couldn’t even give me the number to customer support! I stopped eating Pizza Hut because of this same store! From the time I’ve been in Ontario it has been a horrible experience every single time! From hours wait time to nasty pizza to unprofessionalism. I would have assumed I would have got more assistance, I had proof, but instead they treated me like I was trying to run a scam! I left the store with no pizza, reward points gone, and 5 hungry kids! Im beyond disappointed

I like ordering from pizza hut. I feel they have been very good with my orders and I like how they give points. Most of all I like the convince of being able to pay with cash being I do not have a credit card. And the delivery people are usually very nice and polite. Other than the pizza I like the sweet chili boneless hot wings and Cinnabons that they sell. I’m a happy customer of pizza hut.

Horrible experience! Was given one wrong pizza. Ordered pan they gave me hand tossed. Both pizzas were undercooked and gummy like. By Buffalo wings has little to no Buffalo sauce. Ordered extra sauce and cup was almost empty. Very disappointed. Will never go to that location again.
