Horrendous experience, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Orders backed up 2 hours with only one worker actually making pizzas and the other worker walking around stacking boxes doing nothing while ignoring the numerous customers at the front, many of which had been waiting for over 45 minutes past the time their orders were supposed to be ready. Recommendation to management, hire more workers so that pizzas are not made at slower than a snail’s pace or do not accept orders you know cannot be fulfilled in a timely manner. If you value your sanity, money and time do not order from here.

My husband ordered pizza and the pizza chocolate chip cookie online for our family and I. It did taste good one or two slices felt a little undercooked. I had not eaten pizza in awhile. It was nice not too greasy. The toppings could have been a little more. The pizza cookie was very delicious and the chocolate in it. Will try again.

Pan Pizzas were not sliced which is incredibly lazy. What pizza place doesn’t slice your pizza. Seriously? The pepperonis were thrown seemingly haphazardly in the middle. Dough tasted rubbery like it was old. Just nasty overall like it wasn’t freshly made, maybe prepped hours or days beforehand. It was gross! I communicated with corporate who apologized for the experienced and said the specific location would call me to speak with me about this negative experience. They never called. This Pizza Hut location is lazy and does not care about the product or the customer’s experience

Worst pizza and wings ever! I called and ordered a large Hawaiian, a personal pepperoni and 18 wings. For that I was charged $56.60. Then they charged me a $6.99 delivery fee because they used Door Dash to deliver the food! Including tax it all came out to $69.79. Really! That’s ridiculous! The large Hawaiian was the size of most medium pizzas at a pizzeria and the toppings, what toppings. A one or two pieces of pineapple here and there, and the Canadian bacon was non-existent. I also asked for it to be extra crispy. I’ve had spaghetti that was crisper. I’ve learned my lesson, no more pizza from a pizza chain, from now on, only family owned pizzarias.

Just wanted to leave a compliment and say this Pizza Hut is great! The employees care about their orders and the satisfaction of their customers. I came last night around 6:30 maybe 7ish to pick up my large pepperoni pizza with the take out to my car option . I had been waiting a little so an employee tall with black hair came out and brought me my pizza and gave me a orange soda for my wait time . I really appreciated that because it showed me these Pizza Hut employees care about their customers time and orders. So to the gentleman that helped me last night . Thanks! I will definitely recommend your location and appreciate how respectful and kind you were . It made all the difference and made me want to return again . This Pizza Hut is amazing and my pizza was delicious and hot ready to eat. I appreciate the professionalism of your location and the satisfaction you give to your customers like me. Thanks Pizza Hut dude and thanks Pizza Hut! Get this man a raise because that’s manager material right there . Five stars!

They lost quality in their pizza, I ordered a Supreme pizza and it barely had any toppings. There was one pepperoni per slice if lucky 2, but mostly 1 per slice. felt like i was eating mostly cheese and bread. pizza was $13.00 on a coupon and the fees and taxes came out to $13.00. total was $26.00. Fees are just ridiculous for a pizza with barely any toppings. Local pizza places packs on the topping. I will never order from pizza hut again. Support your local small business and get a better pizza for a better price.
